  1. I have been told that UBC and True have a deal to distribute dreambox now.Dreambox is the unit that hooks up to internet and you get UBC, TRUE, anything available via internet. Now this deal is legal for 300bt pm (supposedly).Anyway wish to comment on quality of the TV over the internet connection. As direct via UBC on top pack is approx 2500bt pm... fast internet connect + 300bt pm will be a lot less.Anyone using say 3BB or TOT internet deal for 590bt + Dreambox deal for 300bt pm.I have been quoted 4000bt for setup. Some say they got setup for 2000bt, if so pls give deatils. To my knowledge this is totally legal now. As the internet offerring is seperate from the Satellite offerring. In the past I saw UBC on Dreambox threads gets moderated. Should not now as it is legal and an option for those with a good internet connection. If internet connection fast enough you could watch HD TV and surf at the same time I am told. Yet this maybe wishful thinking to have HD TV via a 590bt internet connection.I have 3BB now and it hit and miss on HD TV. They suggest I upgrade the connection to their faster speed. yet it 2000bt, i guess you get what you pay for.Anyway interested to know of those paying 300bt pm for premier top package UBC, etc on dreambox. Setup cost with details of supplier... and you interest speed and deal. Thanks guys.Cheers Jay.

  2. I have heard that a couple of Uni's are offerring International MBA's at local CMai Uni's. Taught in English yet you add a language or 2 to the course.

Does anyone know which ones are offerring and the costs. I gather you can complete in 2 years.

    Cheers JAY

  3. Just factories or offices as well... I guess most of us would feel that after years of operating no one could give us better ideas for improvement in a couple of short interviews. Plus most will not feel like disclosing their operations in full I feel.

The student should simply approach Exporting Operations I feel... they have pack & ship factories and most need better inventory systems IMO.

    Cheers JAY

  4. Compared to this time last year CMai is packed... 2 owners of GH's I know say they are fully booked now and this has not happened for a couple of years. I gather those GH's that are not full in this High Season are out of the Main area and not in travel books like Lonely Planet especially. These places will continue to struggle as they always have....

It is absolutely PACKED with tourists every single time I venture in town.

Keeping out of town during this time as the traffic is driving me insane- coming too close to accidents with motorcyclists who must feel they a immortal... traffic an absolute joke ATM... do not venture by car into town would be my advice.

Take a taxi or Songtow... a motorbike if you love flirting with death- Lol.

    Chok Dee

  5. Nothing beats converting CASH or a TT at the exchanges... In particular SK Money Exchange gives amazingly great rates far better than the Banks in CMai.... In BKK I would go for SUPER RICH... which has a website that gives you the best rates out there. Pretty much on par with SK Money Changer. They seem to get less than 1% between buys and sells. Whereas the banks get approx 4-5%.

Banks in your homeland get 10-20% and are a rip OFF. I am amazed to see people converting money at the airport- u might as well throw thousands of baht down the toilet.

I like to take in 10K cash every 6 or so months. Never been a problem. TT get a good rate at the bank yet you pay 1.1% when you get it in your homeland. Naturally make out the TT in your currency. It is strange to see people convert a TT to baht in their homeland- throw 10s of 1000s down the toilet.

AEON is the only one that does not charge the 150bt fee and its exchange is very much similar to BKK Bank. Once again you lose out by 1000s of baht on any sort of quantity. Yet with ATM amounts of 20000bt you only lose out by approx. 900bt. Your banks fees and the difference between SK Money Changer and Thai Banks rate. :( BRING CASH.

    Cheers JAY :jap:

  6. Why does RIM PING in San sai have next to no Sausage King products except a few pies.... all the other goodies on your website is not in there. Last time I saw they had slashed the prices in half as they getting closer to expiry- Rim Ping have the products tucked away near the end of the freezer section.

Try get more products in there for us to have a look at... Would be my suggestion.

Do you still have the direct order discount for TV customers?

    Cheers Jay

    :jap:

  7. Yes I was shocked by the SK money changer price difference compared to the Banks... wish I bothered many years ago. I have always been changing any reasonable sum in BKK at Super Rich... Now SK even JUST beat BKK Super Rich price. SO saves me the trip every few months.

SK Money Changer cannot beat it in CMAI. They seem to make only 1-2% between the buys and sells....banks in CMai make up to 5%. In your homeland it is a joke of probably 20% between buys and sells on many currencies. Independant money changers are the best....SK in CMai----Super Rich in BKK.

  8. In the past I have found HUGE differences in Vaccine pricing. Any places of trust that parents in Chiang Mai can recommend. As our free Vaccines in Aussie at 2, 4 months costed a fortune at 6 months. We came when my son was near 6 month and regretted a 12K bt bill. Whereas would have been free in Aussie. Now at the year mark- Chicken Pox 3000bt, Min, Mynaccohol 4500bt, Japan Flu 1500bt... Seems high to me.Can any government hospitals do them for less? Or a clinic that is not so expensive.CheersJay

  9. We been looking around some pretty good Moo Barns near Super Hwy going towards San Sai.Some people like around Airport Plaza, others San sai, Saket, etc. What do others think are the best Moo Barns within 10-15 km of the city. I am finding San sai has a fairly large group of Farang expats... seems quite good and 10K bt ish pm is OK.Please offer your opinion for assistance. So many areas, so many homes to choose from...After viewing many you seem to get more and more petty.... Cheers Jay

  10. Wow that fast for mobile internet...

Be aware that distance from nearest mobile tower is a factor for speed also... so different areas different speeds. Yet great speed- not a bargain price but worth it for business users. You could almost forget about a landline connection at those speeds.

Otherwise go for AIS standard- unlimited download 650bt- speed approx 300Kb... or 200bt for 50hrs pm. So a bargain for a light mobile user.

  11. Cleveland Clinic study also says:

In general, hormone replacement therapy is safe. It is associated with some side effects, including:

    • acne or oily skin
    • mild fluid retention
    • stimulation of prostate tissue, with perhaps some increased urination symptoms such as decreased stream or frequency
    • breast enlargement
    • worsening of sleep apnea (a sleep disorder that results in frequent night time awakenings and daytime sleepiness)
    • decreased testicular size

Many of these side effects are not common.

Laboratory abnormalities that can occur with hormone replacement include:

    • changes in cholesterol concentrations
    • increase in red cell count
    • decrease in sperm count, producing infertility (especially in younger men)

If you are taking hormone replacement therapy, regular follow-up appointments with your physician are important.

    ***************

Thus, going to the pharmacy on one's own suggests risk, getting treatment from an knowledgeable physician a minor risk which with careful monitoring which may keep adverse effects in check before harm.

And no longevity figures are available.

PS. My belief is that most film stars and other entertainers spend many hours keeping fit through exercise, diet, and themselves good looking through expensive surgery and appearance treatments, makeup, doubles, and editing out the zits.

Nothing suggests hormone therapy of the group on any scale. OK, maybe the Governor of the State of California or a few others, but on the other hand he's not been able to pronounce English after decades of practice, so we may have many more adverse secondary results.

Good reseach now being performed by many on the thread to find out HGH and Testo replacement therapy is not as scary as people have made out in the media. Take the HUGE Chinese women swimmers over a decade ago at the 92 to 96 Olympics- now that was clearly abusing these young girls...this stigma still remains. Rightly so it is banned in most sports as it makes you superior to what you would otherwise be. I remember Ben Johnson smashing that world record- saw how much larger muscle wise and thought what is he on... even as a kid I could see he had an unfair advantage.

In terms of simply thinking it diet and exercise keeping the aging super stars looking fit and healthy is wrong. HGH is rife throughout hollywood and it is a good lifestyle choice for them and now most in this world. If they can afford it and have a professional to monitor them, or are an expert themselves.

To my family in Aussie I would be reluctant to state I look and feel younger due to HGH... my family in Thai accepts it is my lifestyle choice- better than getting drunk every other day I say.

We all need that bit of extra of help as we age or we simply do not have the genetics to get to where we wish to get too. So we need this help.

Side affects wise- like any drug or supplement you are far less likely to get anything if taken as directed. Overdo it and of course you get side affects.

The social stigma of HGH is even worse than stating you have had a face lift or breasts done these days. Hollywood want us to think they are Oh naturale due to the social stigma. The botox world is here to stay and HGH is the botox for the body inside and out- metophorically speaking.

What is acceptable in the minds of society shoud not be a concern when you making a lifestyle choice for yourself. In fact many staying in Thailand probably feel a stigma attached to them saying they live in Thailand- yet i have never thought about it. Then I am shocked when my younger brother states he hears men stay over there just because prostition is more accepted. It has a social stigma that never bothers me. So I re-educate to boy's mind to be more accepting of others lifestyle choices and mine.

Like gf's who get breast done- if they have the $$$ and it will improve their self confidence- go fot it.

HGH to control the aging process is becoming more accepted yet some attach the social stigma brand. I agree with advocates that in a decade the stigma will be gone- yet there will always be abusers. Like with any drug or supplement... thus the governments need to control. In Thailand we are more in control of ourselves- we must control many aspects that we took for granted back in our homelands (Drink driving, protecting ourselves with girls, etc)- thus why many newcomers go wild with the girls and can find themselves in big trouble later on. No big brother government really is looking over our shoulder with strict rules over here.

Anyway each to their own- up to the individual to make up their own minds.

Yet Hollywood is rife with HGH and good for them... We end up following hollywood anyway, so all a matter of time.

Simply take your supplements correctly and as directed and you will not get any side affects- most do NOT. Accept the positive side affects of more lean muscle, less fat, burning 500 extra Cal per day without doing a thing, better organ health, stronger bones, thicker and smoother skin, recovery from illnesses and workouts faster etc, etc. Longevity wise- nothing proven yet quality of LIFE wise it thoroughly proven. I advise people look into it- if aging a concern to you... lets face it- it a concern for most.

If you had 40 years left- would you want them full of energy and with a better quality or not- for me the choice is very simple. If a money issue for some- then wait till it $100pm in a decade.

    Cheers Jay

  12. Thapea Gate Macca- is pretty good... coffee every couple of hours is a good deal....wifi, yet sounds like you have Mobile internet.

Brix (Montri) at Thapae gate has a biz area- I have never been thrown out even spending hours there and spending nothing- yet I usually feel guilty and grab a breaky or lunch. Meeting people their for biz or sort of biz is great also. Been meeting people there for near a decade now.

Other side of town- many cafe's in Central.

I cannot do my work without Air Con- I am fussy that way- dripping sweat all over my computer as I trying to place trades is not my thing- Lol.

Anyway sounds like you can rough it a bit more- side street cafe or food outlets are a bit busy for my liking.

Then you have the Libraries- CMU, Payap, etc. Payment required for membership.

    :jap:

  13. Wow- have not read this thread for a few days and BOOM. I was unsure why there was no more interest by the young, middle aged and old in hormone replacement- as it is now and the future. If done correctly you can in fact turn back the hands of time...then slow it down.

Let us not have our views scarred by the very few abusers, let us not let our government try to restrict access. We will do what we want- when we want with our bodies, mind and our own time- that is my view. I could care less about the few who have tried to give self rightous lectures on the thread. I think the views of the majority are shining through....

HGH and testo replacement is here to stay for aging men and women- it will be far more common place when our children are middle aged.

Simply look at the middle aged stars and older these days- Tom Cruise, Johnny Depp, Brad Pitt, Sly- then compare with middle aged stars of decades ago. What is wrong with this picture- the stars whom are around 50 look to be healthy 30 something year olds. As perfect as they were a decade or 2 ago. Older stars simply look and are physically younger- why- diet and exercise-Lol... HGH and testo replacement- yes. As well as the odd nip and tuck. Inside and outside they far better off now.

BBC had a whole series on it under the heading 'Living forever' and large portion advocated HGH. Your health should be Priority No 1- without it what can you enjoy. Those who think it simply for the vain are mistaken and not educated in the process. The abuse from the 80s and 90s by body builders affected public opinion today- IMO.

Anyway my point is if you can look, feel and can be healthier and look better-- then why the hel_l not. If you can afford it. Price wise the supplements coming down more and more as competition builds. So more of us can afford it now... whereas it was restrictive at over $1000pm 5 years ago. Now we look at $300pm- good deal and still coming down.

Quality of life should be priority 1 on everyones list- yet I see many wasting their time.... why because the media, peers, your family condemn the abusers and you will face a social stigma. Really who cares- many of us stay in Thailand more than our homelands for one main reason- we feel we have more freedom- in general. Let our homelands ponder the obese epidemic sweeping their lands while we do something about our own health. Whether they like it or not.

I am just back from Aussie after seeing clients- and I tell you everytime I am back in my homeland it feels more restricted and ruled. Coming from BKK with a whole lot of supplements to last many many months- as I have not found any 'Expert' suppliers to trust in CMai as yet. Also I have found no doctors in CMai that really know a darn thing.

Everyone over 35yo should be taking supplements and taking control of their health. Under this age then your test results should need to be sluggish or your ambitions are in body building, fitness modelling, etc.

Feel free to PM me as many have... as I will simply point you in the right direction. Yet CMai specialists lacks the right direction but I know some whom are working on that.

A supplier to the stars is coming to CMai, as he tells me... Specialist to Sly when he was in Thai for his movies. I think he should give a talk to those interested. PM those interested and I will show him a conference up here will not be a waste of time. Hands UP guys and girls! B)

    Cheers Jay

  14. If concerned about cost- as obviously you are- go home and let your government foot the bill.... like so many Farangs do when they fall ill and cannot afford to stay in Thai anymore. Sounds like u do not have the money to be here IMO- I am amazed that people risk being here with no backup funds or people to help them when in trouble... I will say this however- if infected leave and let ur government care for U. As your depression will obviously lead to you harming others- fatally. 1st hand experience seeing others die from evils of others...

How many times have I heard guys fearing they infected by drunkin Orgies only to hear they do it again later down the track. Shape up or ship out- it not your world, do not abuse them.

  15. Not true once infection enters the body u can often get flu like symptons- same as any bug entering your body--- your antibodies will try get it out but will fail then it lies in a dormant state for some years..... some people do not however and simply find out years down the line...

First hand I can tell you that it very difficult to catch from a women- u need to have a sore or open wound on your fella. Not easy for a man to be infected- takes some doing but it possible. Medical people do not like to tell men this as then many may take more risks.

Anyway I was with an infected person for 2 years and never caught a thing- unprotected always. Naturally I did not know and was shocked to find out when she was positive after being told by a previous bf before me to check herself. So there u go.

That maybe a decade ago now- she not around now due to one guy infecting maybe 100s of girls out of spite- guys like that who know they have be infected should be shot IMO.

Anyway get tested and try not to worry- statistically 1 from 100 shot---- if u have do not be a loser and infect others as they do not have as easy access to those medicine's as we do from our government. I know guys whom blame the girls in Asia then go wild infecting 100s- thus as I said they should be shot. Stay coooool...B)

  16. Great cool cotton T-shirts that are the only ones I have found never shrink in Thailand or looked ragged after a wash. Only 69bt in Big C.

Makro Card and grab bulk... avoid Rimping as much as possible- yet of course many of us need a monthly visit there for essentials.

The main stores all have sales adveertised at any give time to get you in like anywhere else.

  17. I think the largest biz is the oldest profession in the world- or is that the second....:whistling: In some areas not all... in BKK the largest supposed "Massage salon" owner became a leading politician via making so much money.

  18. Found a few good models... Spoke many sentences of English in this handheld device and out come the Thai in a perfect tone.

Comes with 14000 phrases and 150000 words to translate Thai to English and vice versa.

Great for learning also... speak it- hear it- see it on a color handheld in both Thai and English.

Best thing is you can add different language modules to the unit- rans on Windows CE handheld device.

Not a fortune- approx $400... sounds great- ordered one and looking forward to receiving the 13 languages I orderred from USA soon.

Nothing in Thai shops seemed to compare to this- ended up testing out a lawyers unit that he purchased 2 years ago for $1500. Now $400... I guess in a year they $200- who knows.

  19. Well u should ask about the lifetime membership- my mate paid 12K then only needs to renew each year for 100bt- that it seriously. It was a couple of years ago but still he was first offerred 15k bt pa or 20K bt for 2 years. Then after a couple of hours a lifetime membership was mentioned for 22K bt. He offerred 12K bt and pulled out the cash...his story... then they went off to see Manager then they said OK give 12K bt now but you need to renew for 100bt pa... meant to be cost to process new card.

So that the best deal I heard- naturally they will use all the US sales tricks of Ohhh this deal only available today, etc, etc... Not sure if they will give a lifetime membership now. Once upon a time I guess they felt we would only be here for a few months anyway.... Thus the reason for the 100bt renewal- forget to renew and you need to pay the 12K bt all over again.

It a common trick that gyms try out- get your money first then hope u forget to renew.

    Try it...

  20. Looking at the new Speech to speech translators, as they are amazing to talk English into it then it comes out as Thai.

It looks like this techo is far better than a couple of years ago. Naturally text to speech has been around for sometime but speech to speech seems amazing to me.

I tried one out in Aussie and it very accurate now- specialized Thai modules make the tones 100% correct. Could save a fortune on translators.

Plus some have scanners to connect to the unit- you scan the Thai text and it translates to English text or simply reads it to you.

How amazing is this- reminds me of Star Trek Universal translators- only a matter of time- Lol. Yet translators will always be needed for the more subtle words or expressions I believe. If simply social, travel, non very important tasks then can take over from translators. As the google translator is no good, yet it getting better the more people contribute to it. It was a joke earlier this year, now it OKish. You can still tell when Thai use google translate very easily. The pro programs are a lot more advanced. IMO.

But what is considered the best on the market, regardless of price. I cannot find any comparisons or reviews. I like the ones that you can add language modules to it- like Chinese if heading over there. It rare to see Cambodian, LOAS, the smaller nations however.

Plus these things seem to escalate your speed in learning the language or languages.

Who has one and what is considered the best? What did you pay?

Many of the best professional biz ones seem over $1000- quite expensive.

Any web links would be appreciated.

Cheaper in Thai or import from US, etc...

    Cheers Jay

  21. Same here I been coming and going between Li (150km away from CMai) and CMai + BKK all 2009-10. I have noticed a HUGE boost in speed on a standard USB mobile stick connected to my notebook. It turns a different color in the city being BLUE instead of green- what is this? Different and faster techo- as when blue it x10 quicker than the countryside.

Is it also true that Super 3G cannot connect at all in the countryside, whilst standard one can- even though it very slow???

I simply use a standard USB 2G I guess, as it not the Super 3G.

It like a dream to come into the city and see the speeds go from 56Kb in countryside to 500Kb down- playing live movies from Commonwealth Games, etc. What took an hour in the countryside takes a couple of min in the city. Simply purchase unlimited usage for 650bt pm.

I think the confusion in pricing is different techo- the slower (Mine) is mobile 2G- the faster is Super 3G.

Ultimately it has made me think that I will stick with this mobile as opposed to upgrade to Super 3G for a greater cost. Then TRUE in the home for work and play, which gets 14Mb down + 1Mb Up i am told on another thread.

On the move I doubt i need the Super 3G when i getting good enough throughput with the Standard AIS. Will simply drop the plan down to 50hrs pm when hook up true- as will no longer need unlimited on Mobile.

I have another AIS Simm on my Palm pilot mobile phone. What is the best plan to access internet and make calls on AIS??? As it handy for emails, placing stock trades, etc when out and about as opposed to pulling out the Laptop all the time.

Thanks Guys- some handy info lately.

    :jap:

  22. Deciding to take HGH and Testo in MY 30s...

I have no issue with those touting hormone type products, yet personally I will only take what is scientifically proven and a well known brand name. Injectibles only as do not wish to harm my liver...

I just had my levels checked (Testo and the works yesterday) and I am now off approx 16% from peaks in low 20s). Yet I only mid 30s- so it dropping faster than expected due to a little more sedate yet still fairly fit but no longer a competitive athlete. Moreso the aging process in general- some may laugh at mid 30 yos being worried yet I have goals i wish to achieve that are relatively high.

Now another poster mentioned they still think they not old enough to need at 48yo, as they active. Being active accounts for approx 5% of overall testo- your levels will be down 25%+ from when you were 25yo and you will know it.

Overall it depends on the person and what you wish to achieve. More lean muscle or bulk, less fat with fewer workout sounds very appealing to many of us. As we simply do not have the time or lazy to strength work out or strength work outs cause more pain- as they do very much... Thus stops us from exercising- workouts = pain. Now who wants ST pain for LT gain- mentally sounds fine yet deep down we all struggle to continue high intensity training. Especially when I tried Sly S workout from his book- I could bearly move for a week. Yet I am assured that recovery time and muscle healing is very quick on these supplements and this is what I need. But I do not wish to workout like a mad man and be a gym junkie, so what to do to achieve my goals. Lead a more scientifically advanced life with supplements, good nutrition and some workouts (Not huge amounts yet still needed to achieve goals). Many could do NO workouts and still benefit greatly- as the more sedate men seem to improve the greatest on the supplements and sometimes they enticed to lead a slightly more active life as they see more and more benefits. So in reality it for everyone, man, women- not child naturally- as then u messing around too much with nature. Yet dwarf's take it in child years to increase height and some other conditions. I would never use it on my kids to simply make them a little taller, etc. That is too much messy around with nature. Yet if my 1yo was a dwarf and medically recommended, so be it. Yet if he genetically set to be 180cm, same as his father, I see no need to make him 200cm.

Fact is that many I know in their 20s and 30s simply take supplements to have less pain and get same results. As an example a mate whom is a fitness model needed to work out 3 hours per day, 6 days pw to maintain his fitness to gain work and more money. Now on the HGH and Testo he works out 3x pw for only 30 min... he has it down to a scientific art form- whilst I admit he eats probably a 70% protein diet as well. As he states nutrition and supplements make up over 70% of the work, most of the rest is genetics and exercise.

Yet with help you can change your genetic make up to a certain degree. You need discipline and monitoring for most- as nutrition and some exercise still important to achieve whatever goals you may have. Whether comp body building, strength, anti aging, longevity, health, modelling\acting, etc- most of us mere mortals need help.

So I am getting some Jintropin (HGH) and Sustanon (Testo) for the next few months to see the improvements. As I want my levels back to their peak now I have thought about it throughtout this thread. I am fairly fit yet wish to be as fit as possible. I have goals and motivations guiding me- some of them career related, some vanity and some longevity. Overall I want a scientific approach to my lifestyle to achieve my goals, without the excesses of competition body builders. Yet I have friends whom are body builders (So I have nothing against them), royal body guards, nutritionists, models, actors, fitness instructors and simply businessmen who wish to be in tip top shape in mind and body. If is comforting to know that YOU can take charge of your life and even have some control over the aging process. Aging is happening to all- we cannot change it yet we can change how we age in this technologically advanced world. We are no longer dying at an average age of 40-50yo like 100 years ago. 1 from every 2 children born now will exceed 100 years in age- why biotech advancements- WOW what an age to be living in- I say. Where you can take so much control of your destiny.

To have a goal or emulate someone you admire (Not Sly by the way) I think all of us do emualate others to some level. This is healthy and makes us wish to be better. So I need these supplements now I am in my 30s to achieve my goals without the very very hard work of continuous strength training, only occasional cardio and strength, Which suits my lifestyle and ambitions. For not a great deal of money pm, plus the costs will come down over time.

Now I will get my supplements from a fitness and longevity centre mate in BKK and be monitored medically in BKK- as cost wise they far better and I do not wish to import as I trust them. Plus their margins are very small as it mate's rate (Import cost + shipping). Yet I grab them items from Aussie and others when I can, so help for help. Saving me a couple of hundred pm- costing me near $300pm all up- beautiful.

Yet I looking around CMai for a specialist in this field, as do not wish to pop down to BKK every 3 months for all my tests and medical monitoring.

Now legally it is fine with a script and I will always carry my script when travelling on the plane. As they will open my carry on bags to find vials and needles and maybe think the worst. So the script is needed and medical monitoring is needed for me to feel safe.Although many buddies no longer need this after many years.

I will have another full blood work up in 3 months and my levels should be back to my peak- then I wish them to always stay at their peak. Even when an old man. Fact is I will stay in the best fitness I can manage with health as I age and scientifically monitor that I will have a body that functions as a 25yo indefinately. It is possible in this day and age with discipline and supplemental help- even an 90yo can do. Which may sound preverse to many as it is artificial- yet for me it is embracing the future in health, fitness and longevity. To be optimal in your body and mind- if you optimal in body then you more likely to be more alert in mind.

Mind wise we have many supplements that can improve cognitive functions now and great advancements have been made in the last 5 years. Once again medical monitoring on some of this drugs natural- yet fish oil, etc a proven natural alternative. Learning multi languages, memory exercises, chess, puzzles, complex thinking is proven to improve memory and cognitive functioning. So all this to me is fascinating and I like it all as apart of my lifestyle.

Naturally dosage will need to go up in my 40s, 50s etc to stay at the level of my Peak 20-25yo past body. Internally and externally. Overall health will benefit from an early start as long as I do not up levels to fanatical comp body building levels. As side affect happen at much higher levels like 20-30iu plus levels daily- 3iu is optimal for health, longevity, fat burn and some muscle building. 5iu if muscle building not as effective or my levels are not back to a 20-25yo young man in 3 months.

All up this investment will cost me only $300pm- for my money it a good investment to reach the goals I wish and maintain optimal health. In Aussie it would cost x4 the cost, so then this would make me think twice. Yet $300 is only a couple of good nights out.

Yet when you start- it best not to stop as your body will quickly revert back to hormone levels that are true for your age and genetics.:(

Now as non medical advice- each to their own I say. Most will say vanity is your curse to start HGH in your 30s, so be it. As i see too many young and middle aged and older men and women benefit far too much for me to keep sitting back and waiting to reach middle age. Now I say WHY do I wait to age- just take control now and you more likely to reach all your goals that are physical, financial, social and mental.

Thise like Orang37 will give me a hard time- but who really cares.... Ultimately it everbodies individual choice whether you wish to be in peak condition whether an athlete, laymen, aging (As we all are), body builder, model, businessman, teacher, etc. Those that condemn are niave and do not know the science behind this lifestyle choice.

    IMO

It is available over the counter in many countries, yet have expert monitoring and encouragement for a few extra bucks. I have the experts all available and in continual touch in BKK. Many have achieved their goals or succeeding on some level through the help of this supplements. Yet do keep yourself in check, as the guys say you will notice get improvement to state of body and mind within a month... do not up levels thinking you will be even better. As then side affects can hit you, or more likely too.

Anyway i will keep the thread up to date and look around CMai for a medical centre that specializes in this- then tell all CMai n's whom are interested to research. DO not believe the hype from the people who say it only for the vain, as we all are in some way and we all wish to stay young in mind and body for as long as possible.

Basically with the crowd around me- there is some sort of peer pressure when you see guys achieving the goals you wish. Yet competition of sorts is healthy. It is my choice to include it as apart of my lifestyle and the benefits far outweigh any risks proven scientifically- yet i understand the doubt by others due to the very small percentage of abusers.

Each to their own.... OK Orang let's hear it- Lol.;):)B)

    Cheers Jay
