    The bank book update is done at the same desk as you got your extension not the 90 day desk, when you got your extension you will have also been given a sheet of paper with instructions and a date on it of when to return with bank book

    There are exceptions, pity they are not making important decisions like running the country or heading up authorities like police and local government

    can I ask specifically which entries you used on the bill 

     

    BB asks for a 6 digit number "customer No"  is that the "user No" on the bill

     

    Then there are 2x reference Numbers 1&2 I assume it is "CA Ref No1"

    foreigners can enable the wallet by getting a Thai person to enter their details, I keep forgetting when I have a Thai in my apartment lol

     

    I was always able to use the wallet until they changed policy, if I have a coupon I cannot use it
