Aside from all this......does anyone have a firm grasp of what the base MF's policies, philosophies and programs might be? Rhetorical struggle? Nonetheless - give 'em a chance and see where they go.

It's all too many have. A twisted strawman sort to speak. Less the cognitive value of history repeating itself here, and nothing is learned from it.

Kudos. At least a few recognize the historic aspect that such mindless perpetuation has been a part of Thai life for a few generations.

This has been the case and cycling actions since the 1930s. As evident of the frequent military/monarchical coups that are an instinctive way of life. A protection racket. A deeper [unconscious] mindset that requires dissolving.

From personal observation, the educational system[s] has been bogged down by indifference and callousness for generations. Seeking instead stumbling through the motions of perpetual meritocracy. Nothing of encouraging an independent or critical thought skill set, lesser about education and expanded open curiosity. Can't reform if there isn't a base for reformation. Your first sentence of the succinct above paragraph describes everything one needs to know. Unfortunately, that deeply instilled patronage aspect isn't gonna change.

Wonder how much he's getting in that particular envelope for these mystic prognostication.
