When I exited CM airport 11Sep I asked at the transport counter near the exit for a number for future pickup. Theu gave me a card for NAKORNLANNA Co. LTD with PH# 065-439-8467. Perhaps the same Co? Which better price? They told me the zone CMU-Phucome Hotel area pickup & transport to airport would be 250 Baht.

Correction, he was a POL Major general: Pol. Maj. Gen. Paween Pongsirin arrived in Melbourne Dec 2015. “Are you Thai?": Cops question police chief fleeing to Australia in fear of life (coconuts.co)

Ya, who know for sure what is happening. But this has the foul smell of retribution by people BJ may have gotten to close to in one of his investigations. I don't have the details of a prior story immediately at hand but remember the cop (LTC I think) who had to flee for his life to Australia to avoid higher-ups' retribution.

Those folks whose home country has a DTA with Thailand are exempt. Quote The program will begin January 1, 2024 and apply only to tax residents in Thailand meaning tourists and short term workers will be exempt. Also exempt will be those who have been taxed in a foreign country that has a standing Double Tax Agreement with Thailand. The list of countries that Thailand has a DTA with are at below Thai Revenue Dept webpage. https://www.rd.go.th/english/766.html

MangoKorat was referring to those that already have prostate cancer, advanced or early asymptomatic. Older men could indeed have an early otherwise slow growing asymptomatic prostate cancer and be none the wiser about its presence. Testosterone could speed up the malignant growth.

What about the lunch buffet 100-1330+ at Grandview inbound on super opposite Maya. I'm not in CM at moment, but remember it was quite good for 237 Baht. -
PS, wherever you go, for the protection of your cat, be aware of danger of balconies if your cat spots a bird or other animal.
-
If you keep the cat in your room without outside access, many condos even with "No Pets" regs will overlook the fact that the cat is in your room. Just don't talk about it or do anything that raises a complaint.

He was the team orthopedist accompanying the Thai Olympic team to Japan. Perfect English. CMU prof. Occasional foreign country seminars or lecturing. He can do surgery at any CM hospital but has parental connections to the better priced Rajavej by the river.

A Thai unit will lose foreigner interest if the foreign quota is taken up. So the seller loses potential buyers. I would not want to put a condo in a company name (some foreigners will but I don't want the potential negatives associated with that - others can explain).

Ticket for bus to Suvi airport can be bought 2 days in advance (perhaps more if do it online, not sure of that). Also, they are decent buses.
