    Stupid answer!!! Driving on the hard shoulder is against Thai law. Overtaking on the hard shoulder is even more so. There are Thais & some Farangs who do this, but the consequences are accidents that are their own fault. We Farangs don't have to accept this and drive just as stupidly. Both Farangs/Thais broke the traffic rules and should be held accountable.
