Why would a driver allow his/her dashcam footage to be publicly aired if it was totally their own fault?
To allow others to learn from their mistakes perhaps!

It isn't as busy during the daytime, even at weekends, due to the heat etc.
At first I didn't think it would take off, how wrong I was, to be honest, I think it is a good addition to the area and it keeps the bicycles off the road and safer.

Do you need a jogger track the width of a road, and who the #%* skates or skateboards in Pattaya? What is me getting out of the car more have to do with my question? I have been several times to Mabrachan since they built those tracks, never seen anyone using them yet.
I live there and trust me they are used, extremely busy most evenings and weekends.
They aren't even close to the width of a road each.

Can't say that I've ever actually seen one anywhere I've travelled around the country (so far).
Really?
There are several functioning cameras on the motorway, closest one to Pattaya being at KM 112 area, on both sides in the central reservation, followed by at least 3 more sets between there and the service area.
They are pretty prominent!
The signs above that display your speed are not cameras, only sensors, so far!
On 34 (Bangna Trad) overhead expressway, the real tall poles are all speed cameras.
Most tolls have the solid white line cameras on them.

What a load of BS............... 1,900 companies, 2,200,000 employees, so an average of 1,157 employees per company and the LD managed to check them all in record time............
2.2m workers is roughly 6% of the working population and I'd have my doubts that there are 1,900 companies employing 1,157 people each!
Guess it was..........'do you feel OK?' 'Yes'
Why on earth do they produce such obvious rubbish?

Signs with Thai ONLY, as a foreigner you can't use the line for Thai ONLY at immigration. Never seen a sign in Europe saying German, Dutch, Belgiums only on any airport.
Most International airports have lanes for their citizens, including European airports, with most having EU & Non-EU lanes, nothing unusual or wrong with this at all.

The lowest interest is 20%
I think 20% is the maximum a regular credit card can charge by law.
Seems the regulations have change in the past few years.

I thought it was 1.5% per month
Negative, the Bank of Thailand regulate this and the minimum payment is 500 THB or 10% of the total balance owing, whichever is greater.
The whole story makes little sense, as the regulated Maximum Credit limits should be no more than 5 times the card holder’s monthly income (or the average deposits in his/her account) or not more than 10% of the total amount of money in savings, fixed deposits, bond and mutual funds.
For those interested: This is the monthly income criteria for acceptance for a Thai credit card.
Card holders should have one of the following:
A monthly income of not less than THB 15,000;
Or deposits in a bank account which over at least a 6-month period average not less than THB 15,000 per month;
Or a debt instrument issued by a commercial bank or government or state-owned enterprise to act as a collateral against the full value of the credit limit; fixed deposits in a commercial bank of at least THB 500,000 which have been on deposit for no less than 6 months;
Or having one or the other of saving or fixed deposit, bonds or a mutual fund of at least THB 1,000,000 (or the combination of all categories) which have been held for at least 6 months.

Thinking that leaving the single market and the EU customs union will hurt EU more than Britain is pure BS.
After announcing that Britain will leave the single market, the pound pummelled and got weaker.
Leaving the single market will rid you of EU rules and restrictions, but increase the costs of trade in almost all other aspects.
No more free trade with EU.
Customs check Everytime you trade with EU (which Britain will continue to do).
Even Britain's leaked government reports says that leaving the single market will damage the UK's economic growth for the next 15 years.
Let me know if you are not able to find articles yourselves and I will be happy to help you.
Doesn't it take two to Tango though, everything you mention is true, however, the EU does export a huge amount to the UK, possibly a lot more than the reverse.
If UK was to impose import taxes on EU products under WTO standards, then it would have a big impact on the trade, that is certain, a tit for tat trade war makes no sense for both parties.
The customs implications again work both ways.
For sure the UK is in for a rough time initially, will it survive and emerge stronger, you can put money on that.

So what was the price to the government for a fleet of them?
They would have got a fleet discount regardless of who they purchased them from, making the cost still expensive compared to Toyota etc.
As for those saying they are manufactured here, no they are not, they are assembled here from imported parts and they do attract a higher tax due to this.
I can almost guarantee that each base car cost at least 1m THB more per unit than the equivalent Toyota or Honda, insurance costs are higher, tyres cost lots more due to runflats, they MAY have managed to get them with BSI, so servicing included for the first 3 years, depending of course on the KMs not exceeding the allowance.
To cap it all, having previously owned 3 BMW, they are not very reliable, lots of small issues.

If Andrew continues to impede the investigation into the Epstein web of vice and corruption, he must be made to forfeit his Royal role and the perks which go with it.
Impeding?
He has the right to remain silent, in both jurisdictions and so far has not been convicted of any crime, I imagine his lawyers have been advising him on what to say or not to say.
He has already withdrawn from his royal duties and his staff have left, he is and will remain a son of the Queen.

1. The new work permit doesn't have the company address in, only the location, so in your case it would be Bangkok, you can work anywhere in Bangkok for the company.
2. Thai PIT is on a sliding scale, similar to the UK, you get personal allowance and allowances for wife and children, you can get further relief by going in to one of the RMF or similar offered by banks.

Incorrect, they assemble in Rayong.
Even with the discount, the same result could have been achieved by purchasing far less expensive cars, with cheaper running costs etc.

The reasons behind his thinking is neither here nor there. This is not a balanced individual. He did it.
All, with the exception perhaps of no. 3 (which could be circumstantial / convenient) are very easily fabricated / forced, not saying anything has or hasn't, you, me and every other person is only getting what information is released, I honestly hope that justice has / will be been done, but the police here do have a track record that is iffy to say the least, hence why there is always a feeling of skepticism.

Many wrong asumptions by you. You say you doubt the foreiners name is on the Thai birth certificate unless they were married.
As you say, the name of the father on the Thai birth certificate is easy and normal practice, farang or Thai, the registrar will put whoever they are told to with no questions asked.

It may be possible to register the child as being "British by descent", but difficult to prove without the help of the father. She needs to contact the UK embassy for advise.
It would be almost impossible for the child to get British citizenship without the Father, as he is the one that passes the citizenship on.
A lot of people forget that a child born in Thailand to a Thai Mother or Father / British Father or Mother and is therefore a Thai Citizen, who subsequently obtains British citizenship, is NOT entitled to any support whatsoever from the British Government whilst they remain in Thailand, this is very clear.
They are only entitled to consular support when overseas using their British Passport and welfare support when resident in the UK.
Whilst in Thailand they are Thai.

Vents are pointless because hot air in the roof is the same as the hot air outside, extract one amount and another amount replaces it.Even a jet powered fan system has no effect unless you replace that air with cool air.
Think about it.
The air inside the roof space is degrees warmer than the outside air, by some considerable margin, the heat is radiated in to the space from the roof, which is then exacerbated by the lack of movement, don't believe me, then try going in to the attic for a while!
At least if the space is ventilated it allows some of the hotter air to escape and creates movement.

I don't think getting Non O / extension based on Thai Child is related with marriage / divorce status as long as you have been officially recognized as the father
The OP will, as UJ says, have to prove he either has sole or joint custody of the child after the divorce, he will need to prove this via the Kor Ror 6 issued at the time of the divorce and depending if the divorce was via a court, then the court papers stating the custody.
Just proving he is the Father is not sufficient.

In the worst case I will give this problem to my insurance. They for sure have an interest not to pay anything if they don't have to.
Ask the condo management if this damage will be paid for by the Condo insurance (which you all collectively pay for), in the absence of a response then go to your insurance company with a claim, they will bash it out with the condo management / condo insurance company.

Do as Sheryl suggests and get your blood tested properly, at least that will identify or eliminate some of the possible causes, anything else is just pure speculation.

Work Permits
in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Posted
Where did you get that misinformation from?
There is nothing on the work permit application form about a minimum salary, let alone 80,000 THB per month, the income tax paid will always be based on your actual earnings, less the allowances etc.
As other have pointed out, the salary conditions are for an extension of stay based on work, nothing to do with the permit itself.
