How do they know about your bank in belgium ? From sending money though them to thailand ? You can have several banks in belgium or else where. 1 bank is not going to know your wealth, just what is on your account there. Did your bank give them all the information or just your income deposited at their bank ? Which belgian bank ?

It's a clean feeling , knowing everything is flushed out. The water is usually pretty clean here .

Yes upload speeds are usually lower , but it does not explain why seeding doesn't start even if it indicated that there are "willing peers" . That friend of mine was recently in europe , and there was absolutely no problem uploading downloaded torrents. Same computer , same torrent program. I wonder what would be less obvious for companies like true/nt/3BB : downloading slow but steady at 500 KB/sec or quick at a top speed of about 15 MB/sec ? Even if you use a vpn.

Does download speed really matter ? Unless you're downloading full blueray rips @ 40 GB or so ... Of course I do not torrent because it is illegal , but a friend of mine does. Downloading is not a problem , but uploading is. NT really throttles uploads , weirdly enough especially in the weekend. Hard to get a 1:1 ratio. Or so I'm told , because I would never ....

Could be you have a different sort of motor in the fan , because I use the capacitor method for 15 years now with no problem. 2 to 3,5 uF will do it (cheap on lazada). Yes it still zooms a bit , more from the vibrations of the pedestal but the AC motor is not 100 % quiet , whatever speed. Thaiwatsadu has a 12 V DC fan (connected to solar) . They maybe more quiet and with lower speed out of the box. The standard speeds on fans here are just too high AND too NOISY. Using the airco fan > the faster you have to get it cleaned and if you have a big one , even the lowest speed is still too much and noisy.

Yes I think there will be a big difference in provinces where very few farang live and where maybe 10 thousands live like Bangkok , Chonburi , Phuket. With a couple of hundred in a province like mine , the tax office will have more time . I think I'm lucky , living off an inheritance received in 2023 and no income since 2008. Dreamroom productions is a US based one , uncensored , but they like most uncensored , they are not so good. Tastes differ , of course.
