  1. I too agree with this statement, especially after hearing religious stuff been broadcasted over loudspeakers in some countries - basically terrorising the neighbourhood. Politicians, law enforcers ignore this purposely for their own gain. Are those gods deaf, or does loud sounds make people closer to that god or whatever? This is just one example.
  2. Comparing a home computer and a huge international network, connected to thousands of various systems is a joke. If Apple was the best and Windows was dreadful, why the majority chooses Windows? To be very frank, Apple is a self contained small system, over priced and has a limited set of die hard followers, swearing by it. Majority of the Apple users are very basic level users, compared to Windows, Linux, Android etc. who tweak their systems and try various experiments.
  3. Manual vs computerized - not rocket science. Oh, Thais seems to be creating ALL the problems on this planet - but I still want to live there instead of my home country.
  4. How many critical systems rely on Apple? e.g. Airlines, Banks, Hospitals, etc Just asking as I don't know...
  5. racist Thai-netizens Thai hypocrisy That's 2 examples on here today alone!
  6. A TATA Nano breaks down on a roadside. A BMW 750Li stops to help the driver. "I will tow you to the next service station, but if I drive too fast please flash your lights" They start up slowly but only a km or so down the line a Porsche speeds past 150km/h. The BMW driver totally forgets about the nano & runs it after the Porsche. Just as all 3 of them tear through a speed trap, the cop radios the HQ "Calling all stations :: You won't believe this, I just saw a BMW & a Porsche racing past at about 190 km/h with a TATA Nano behind them flashing its lights to overtake.
  7. That, of course is your thinking, and your right to do so.
  8. Increase your processing power
  9. You know Bob, when you live with an attitude of "...better to die on your feet than to live on your knees!" you tend to have this type of unique experiences where ever you go. Enjoy! - just saying this whilst on my knees... something isn’t right. it seems they love the green, fresh off the boat tourists but have no time at all for regulars who usually tip well. i’ve done with tipping now. until the standard of service in this country improves they wont be getting another penny out of me!! Something isn’t right. At last you have realised it. If possible, try to correct yourself! Your are tipping heavily in the wrong direction - take care, you will have a hard fall.
  10. Lets wait and see how the bunch of AN super smart Sherlock Holmes fare! All the best, let's keep our fingers crossed!
  11. I feel this is a very complicated subject and the jury is still out. One time, coconut oil was poison - but now one of the best. Some say Olive oil is good as a salad dressing or any other dish as long as it is not heated. Some say all seed oils are bad. And to top it all, I saw one website just now that say "Olive oil is healthier than coconut oil. That’s because olive oil is much lower in saturated fats than coconut oil and contains more nutrients". Some Asian countries have been using coconut products, oil, the kernal, milk etc in their daily diet for centuries without any bad effects. I think, moderation is the key factor on this. So... who is right?
  12. Why do you say Coconut oil is very unhealthy? Do you have any reliable source for this info? Please post a link if you do.
  13. Get a job on a cargo vessel !!! (I visited Thailand that way a couple of times in the '80s & '90s)
