This is a fantastic idea, the more toxic, corrupt, heinous govt. officials that can be moved out of Bangkok, the better. Why not, it might ease a little bit of congestion, after all those self important guys are escorted by five or six police cars or motorbikes. They deserve one off duty cop, getting paid overtime, on a Honda 125. Go ahead and send them to Mukdahan. Or the moon.

Brother Beaten to Death Over Garden Dispute in Bangkok
spidermike007 replied to webfact's topic in Bangkok News
When we were growing up I just never really liked you too much, and we just never became particularly close. I've always been sort of envious of you because you seemed halfway smart and you seemed halfway mature, so I just had to take out my frustration when you threw that little piece of plastic in my garden. I had to end your life, hey what can you expect from a brother? Kindness? Loyalty? Tolerance? No way. Not happening. -
That's Very Red King Charles Painting Revealed

Well nobody ever said the Kardashians had any taste did they? I'm applauding them for being a little bit edgy and for embracing the contemporary world Traditional and conventional is so lifeless, and utterly stifling. -
Great points. Trump is also old. He is 77, going on 87 and semi senile, at best. And though his height may be 6'3", his weight is likely closer to 310 lbs. And you are very right about his humor and lack thereof, the man does not know what self-deprecation is, his ego is incredibly fragile so he can't handle humor, being roasted, or being the recipient of a joke. He loves to make fun of others but he has no tolerance when he's made fun of, and there's an awful lot to make fun of when you're talking about the huge guy.

That is a highly judgmental thing to say. Are you always so intolerant of others and their choices and lifestyles? Judgment can lead to hatred and then it can spin out of control. Water off a duck's back. You can’t hate an animal or a person who makes choices you can't understand. In the case of animals you kick it so it learns, and if it still doesn’t learn you put it down. But you don’t hate it. I’m not going to let what animals do anger me because anger is caused by stress and stress is contagious. And it’s deadly. Negative energy spreads faster than any virus. You wake up late and you knock someone down, as you overtake them on the pavement. You didn’t mean to but they have a temper and you piss them off and they take it out on the girl at the coffee shop who got up late too and is dead tired and she gets pissed and deliberately burns the coffee of the woman with the baby who was too distracted to say thank you. And that woman with the kid needs that coffee because her newborn is ill and kept her up half the night. But the coffee sucks and she’s so tired and stressed and not coping with postpartum depression that her crap cup of coffee is the final straw as she waits for the red light at the crossing. Next, they’re scraping up her and that newborn from the asphalt and the guy who drove the bus is never going to be the same again.

Well I have to agree with you, I think they should have asked Biden to step aside, and make room for younger, more vital candidate, and at the very minimum Biden should have asked Harris to step aside and make room for a qualified VP candidate, that so many people don't despise.

That's Very Red King Charles Painting Revealed

I like that painting alot, it's dramatic, very unconventional, and very cool. Kudos to the artist and kudos to the monarchy for not going with something more traditional, conventional and boring. -
Granted, Pita should have been smart enough to divest this stock, before running for PM. But, we all know the disqualification was a sham, an act of desperation, a power grab, an act of spectacularly, morally bankrupt power mongering men, and a total travesty. The army is far too powerful here, he knows that, and reform is needed. The sooner the better. His election was a truly great thing for this nation and showed that the people are both sick of being led by highly ignorant dinosaurs, with no interest in progress, and interested in smart, young folks, who are serious, accomplished, capable of change, and interested in insuring that Thailand has a good future. Pita was exactly what this nation needs, at this point in time. But, he represented progress, and there are a few people here with great amounts of power, who do not want their power and wealth threatened. This is a man who interrupted his studies at MIT, during an MBA program at Sloan to rescue his father's rice bran oil business, Agrifood, after this fathers death. He was successful, and is paying down the 100 million baht his father borrowed to start the company. This is a serious man. Very unlike the failures before him. He then went back and finished his MBA, at one of the top business schools on the planet. If it hadn't been the shares it would have been something else, they simply wanted him out of the way, he was too clean, too progressive, too forward leaning, too intelligent, and too capable of moving the nation forward away from the morass of corruption and moral rot, so the shares were just an excuse. From what I understand the company was already suspended and he really had no way of getting rid of the shares. This guy's just too smart to have committed a mistake like that. It was all about the status quo, the army maintaining a hand in the pot, and deeply foul and corrupt men in the background pulling strings. This non elected administration is about money grubbing lowlifes, trying to use their illegitimate positions, to deny the will of the people, steal an election, move the nation backwards, and deny any kind of change or reform. This is a toxic power grab. These senators deserve a lifetime of pain and suffering. One can only hope the people will be bold enough to inflict that upon them. Weak, pathetic, cowardly, self entitled hooligans, who are accustomed to a perch atop the ivory tower, scared to death of being taken down a notch, and being asked to be accountable for their heinous and unforgivable actions. Of course they will resort to whatever dirty tactics they can. That is who and what they are. Filth. They are the deplorables.

The one aspect of this so-called transition that many people never discuss, is the fact that 90% are pre-op, meaning they keep their unit but they add on breasts, the 10% who are post-op are never able to achieve an orgasm again, and that's one of the reasons they don't go that far. The second reason is just the massive level of commitment involved. Hacksaw city. Ha!

Chinese Woman, 68, Tragically Drowns in Pattaya Swimming Pool

One never knows what really happened, the amount of people in this world who don't know how to swim is always rather astonishing to me, that is a possibility too. -
Thai Woman Defies Online Drama, Sells Durian in Bikini
spidermike007 replied to webfact's topic in Central Thailand News
Defying online drama is a badge of honor and the best thing that we can do these days. These outraged netizens are just a bit much, they are obviously people without lives, and they must be ignored at every turns. Selling in a bikini is a great call, I totally applaud her, and hope for more of this kind of thing! -
Aussie Woman Reveals Harrowing Tales from Infamous Thai Prison
spidermike007 replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Setting aside what she did, which was incredibly stupid and landed her in prison, I've heard the same stories. I used to visit a guy in Samui prison, who was busted for dealing ganja and he said the conditions were equally appalling. He said there were about 90 men in a room and when he laid down at night he would have to lay on his back with his arms on his chest and if he moved one centimeter he'd be on top of the guy next to him. No fans, just poor conditions and horrific food, total squalor. Even prisoners deserve better than that. -
Amazing that he could be trailing Trump, who makes Nixon look trustworthy and George W. look smart and articulate. In fact, if Frankenstein decided to make a monster assembled entirely from human flaws - he would make a Trump. And a remorseful Doctor Frankenstein would clutch out big clumpfuls of hair and scream in anguish: 'My God… what… have… I… created? 17 of his businesses have failed in the past few decades. Some at huge losses. Trump Steaks, Trump Shuttle Airline ($120 million in losses between 1988 and 1990), GoTrump, Trump Vodka, Trump Mortgage, Trump University, Trump Ice, The New Jersey Generals, Tour de Trump, Trump Network, Trump Magazine, Trumped!. Many businesses that licensed his name went bankrupt, or went out of business. And he had between four and six major bankruptcies (depending on the source), including the Trump Taj Mahal (which he spent $1.2 billion building, and was $3 billion in debt within a year of opening), Trump's Castle, Trump Place Hotel (which was very successful prior to Trump buying it in 1988, and he managed to put it into $550 million in debt by 1992!), Trump Hotels and Casinos Resorts ($1.8 billion in debt by 2004, bankrupt in 2009) , and Trump Entertainment Resorts. There are likely others. And this does not take into account the 3,600 lawsuits he was involved in as of the time he took office, the vast majority of which were filed by small contractors against his companies for non payment, or total default. Many of these contractors were crushed. It is part of his M.O.

A good sauvignon blanc or chablis work every time. But, they are hard to find here due to the inane taxes on wines. And the recent reduction in one of the taxes does not seem to have affected wine prices one iota, due to the fact that there are multiple municipal, state, provincial and other taxes that have not been affected at all, so taxea are still upwards of 300%. They have completely retarded what could be a multi-billion dollar industry.
