Use Thai Post to track here and your home country postal tracking. Use the same tracking number. I’m from the US so I use USPS. It will track to the destination.

Last year I had a link to a website that monitored the water level in the Chao Phrya (sp) river. I can’t seem to find it this year. Does anyone have the link to that website?

30 minutes of a fast walk on the treadmill and 30 minutes with the dumbbells at 05:30. I’m just trying to maintain what I have left at 81. Usually 6 days a week.

Rezum is available at Thammasat University Hospital in Pathum Thani. I was screened there and unfortunately not a good candidate for that procedure.

There was a Costco in Bangkok. I think it was out Rama 2 way, too far away for me and a bad location in my opinion. I think it was operated by Tops ( the Central group) but closed down after being open for a short time possibly for a lack of people desiring to buy in bulk. I saw Kirkland products in my local Tops for awhile, I’ll have to check again to see if they still have some things on the shelves.

If you have online banking with Bangkok Bank you can top up your EasyPass card there. I would imagine other banks have something similar.

The one at the PTT station near me was always busy, especially for take out, there are always Grab guys in there picking up orders. Sorry to see them go.

I don’t know what kind of account you have but in my case my SS gets deposited into my direct deposit account set up for that purpose. I have to go each month to withdraw from the direct deposit account and put the funds in another account. My direct deposit account cannot be accessed online and has no atm card. They want to see my face and passport every month. I assume it is an anti fraud procedure.

Make sure you send them a bank draft not a cashiers check. Painless when I did mine. Took about two weeks for the new passport to arrive.
