Brazilian student arrested in Bali for carrying cannabis from Thailand
aussiexpat replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Can only imagine how panicked this guy is, but how stupid do you have be at 25 to take weed to Bali (and he also went through Malaysia to get there) For all those saying Indonesia law is wrong, what country does allow you to carry weed on a flight in? -
Oh right, mis-read the 1 million, as 10 mil. The .00 at the end must have put me off as I didn't count the zeros lol

Funny how this economic site has a forecast of 10 million by the end of this quarter....are TAT with 9.3 million for the whole year being conservative ????
-
If my math is right, that's about 136,000 baht per person So a couple with 2 young children would be expected to spend 544,000 baht for their holiday (not counting foreign airfares) Sounds about right ????

It's stated constantly that the TAT numbers are arrivals but here you are stating as fact that it's not. Please provide a link so we can know once and for all

Is this video supposed to be showing bullet holes in the car...but a MiG 29 have cannons which fire: High effective explosive charge (RDX+Al), providing for secondary incendiary effect High reliability in combat conditions burst of 4-5 rounds in enough for defeating enemy aircraft during close air combat https://www.yugoimport.com/en/proizvodi/ammunition-30mm-x-165-aircraft-gun-30mm-gsh-301

I found having the McDonald's App was very good to save a few baht. Not promoting to use McD a lot but if you do go I found they often had 2 for 1 or up to 50% off (only available from the App)

Suggest cancelling Netflix? Mine costs me only 99 baht per month, what entertainment is cheaper than that. You'd have to be pretty hard up that 99 baht was going to break you considering the value it gives (maybe give up 2 large Leo per month instead)

OP is taking his 14 year old daughter, why would she know it's fake ???? Actually I found it by accident riding my rental bike, thought it wasn't bad for something different and all of my nephews and nieces loved the photos, so not a bad day out

I want to stay 6 months in thailand
aussiexpat replied to parafareno's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
There are many options provided, that's what a forum is for, but it's up to the OP what the best options are for them, not for you to decide -
Floating Market would be a good day out

I want to stay 6 months in thailand

Well without the extension I get to spend the 800k baht enjoying Thailand instead of locking it away ???? -
Did you not get the memo, Russia did an unprovoked attack on Ukraine so is hated by most of the World, while China locks up cities of 10 million for a few covid cases and bans their citizens from leaving China Not relevant to Thailand, they aren't going to anywhere A Pattaya without Russians and the Chinese flag groups is a much better place...like it was back in 2007ish

I want to stay 6 months in thailand
aussiexpat replied to parafareno's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
To the OP, if you're over 50 you can do what I'm just about to do for 5 months stay, no border runs Will do visa exempt 30 day + extension 30 days + non-imm O visa 90 days (requires 800k baht in Thai bank) -
This is ridiculous now, full page ads when you click on every forum topic....what a joke, you get paid because you force our phone to go there, even though we hate it and don't read it...ad investors are definitely ripped off because they think we actually clicked on their ad
