Danish study links cannabis abuse to schizophrenia in men
Enoon replied to webfact's topic in Thailand Cannabis Forum
Great idea......maybe base it on the "Use Lovely Alcohol in Moderation" programme .......that's worked really well. By the way, you realise that you appear to be acknowledging that cannabis use may have problems associated with it? Is that wise.......here? -
"We"? Signalling all politicians? What/where/how has anything you have to say/think/or do got to do with the course of Socio-Political evolution in Thailand? "How do you stop over identifying? Try a cognitive therapy exercise. Thought charts and other structured activities can help you counter big-wave feelings and put them in perspective. They take a little practice, but over time you'll likely be able to do a thought chart rather quickly."

Man Held For Killing British-Thai Youth Over Drug Deal
Enoon replied to webfact's topic in Chiang Mai News
Maybe the drug story is bogus, and it was just an escalation of the perps previous sex attacks into sex-murder, preceded/followed by murdering the person who got in the way/witness. In which case her silence is probably permanent. -
Here we go again. A "concerned" foreigner with the "answer". If your epistle had been written by a Thai it might have (and that's a very big "might have") some meaning or relevance, and bring with it some hope for the future. As it is, it is an absolute waste of time for you to write it here.......or anywhere that might even be in the sight of Thais. You are shouting at the wind.......completely wasting your energy. They really do not give a **** what you, or anyone else, as a foreigner, has to say......about anything. And why should anyone here give a **** about your concerned energy, when everything about "the way things are", in Thailand, is totally and solely dependent on the whim of those Thais? Here we go again:

Tongues are self-lubing. Possibly the solution lies with you rather than a bottle of pills? "First, most women (70 percent. Did you get that number?) don’t climax with vaginal penetration alone. In my practice, postmenopausal women commonly tell me that the only way they can orgasm is through clitoral stimulation or oral sex." https://middlesexmd.com/blogs/drbarb/46976515-eating-at-the-y-why-its-a-good-thing

Yes oh wise one, it is indeed a world in which things are always happening. What would we do without your invincible, piercing insight? Ever thought of getting a YouTube channel? -
Pheu Thai clarifies, makes clear it will not work with coup-leaders
Enoon replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
A strong, working political coalition will only be the first step towards removing the regime. It will take more than "politics" to shift it. -
Thaksin Tweets He Wants to Return to Thailand by July
Enoon replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
He is actually not wanted back in the country by those whom you believe (falsely) would put him in prison. He was, and remains, too much of a "hot potato". A potato that will be likely much hotter when he returns to a country in which the election results are in the process of being stolen and trampled by a bunch of ex coup makers and their sponsors......themselves considered as criminals by as many as those, including your woefully unsophisticated, naieve, partisan self, who consider them to be "saviours". Thailand a very different place to when he left, not the least of those differences being the collapse in legitimacy of a certain........well, lets just say that what used to be the coup makers Ace is now seen to be something of a Joker. So The Wanderer plans to come back knowing full well that they will not move against him and against the wishes of the electorate, which will have been solidly expressed in the forthcoming election. Or will they try it.........waving their Joker at the population? Thank **** I have absolutely zero investment in the future of that sorry place, and don't feel that I have to be there. Unlike you......???? -
Who issues the licences to these companies in the first place? And who fronts them during that process? Thailand makes of itself the perfect environment for rats (domestic and foreign).......and then blames the rats for making the most of it. That, like it or not, is the real "reputation" of Thailand. Hub of self-delusion.
-
Maybe. But I have been asked some very....."naive"...... questions, in person, by people new to Thailand. Example: "Where can I find a ladyboy who will really love me?"

They are not psychopaths.......who are very few and far between. They are most likely in the B or C Disorder Groups. Many gravitate, in desperation, towards dating apps. I suggest you, I mean you personally, keep away from them........they are in a bad enough place already. The last thing they need is someone like you. Who, on the basis of your attitude, seems more likely to be a "psycho" than they are. https://www.mygbhp.com/blog/three-clusters-personality-disorders/

"As for the owner charging the staff for the losses that's completely and utterly being an ahole" AFAIK that is what happens throughout the retail/hospitality/entertainment sector. The same "principle" may prevail in other sectors as well (others welcome to correct me if I'm wrong) Ergo I look upon all employers in Thailand as Holes of the Ass. -
Italian Man Has a Meltdown on His Balcony in Pattaya, Blames Marijuana
Enoon replied to webfact's topic in Pattaya News
Well done. Your post will doubtless survive the moderators blade. My rage at the ignorance and dissimulation of those who will not acknowledge the dangers may have been the death of mine. You have posted what constitutes the stoners very own "Inconvenient Truth". -

Or they have read the peer reviewed medical research papers (of which there are many) discussing the psychotic effects that modern weed blends/hybrids (much more potent than of old) have on those who are susceptible. I sampled some last year, in Colombia (first time in 40 years) and found myself in a 2 hour nightmare in which I experienced very severe delusions and anxieties. It was fortunate for me that I had a trusted individual with me who, literally, held my hand for the 2 hours while I worked through it. The hotel also called their standby medical team in (who I thought were a murder squad) to assist. Collectively they all finally coaxed me back into my room (the death chamber in which they were going to kill and incinerate me) and gave me an ECG. They were ******** themselves because they thought my poor old ticker was about to fail at any moment. The episode commenced, within 10 minutes, as a consequence of me taking just one, "normal", deep draw of the "porro". This all happened to somebody who spent about 4 years of youthful evenings, happily, solidly, bombed out on the sofa. The massive surprise of my Colombia experience led me to do the research that showed me that things are very much NOT what they used to be. It is you, my poor, doped, dumb, ignorant, blind, complacent, foolish friend, who gets the 2023 Intellectual Bag Of Rocks Award. The tired old mantras celebrating the innocence of weed are exactly that......tired, old and obsolete. -
RTN defends 50 million baht drone procurement amid transparency concerns

Had Thailand even the smallest % of a worthwhile aviation manufacturing industry they would have developed them themselves. It is a true measure of Thailands backward, stalled development, that it utterly failed to create indigenous, independent, motor cycle/automobile/aviation manufacturing industries. -
MFP’s popularity rising as election looms, new poll reveals

From the "Lotus Eater"? There is the "dreamy continuum" that is on its way to oblivion. Don't get too comfortable in your own one. (Keep a bag packed and ready) -

Unfortunately it's only seriously "troubled times" that will move the country forward. "Tragedy" gave the country its chance to do that peacefully, "Tragedy" determined that it ignored that opportunity. That is the nature of..........Tragedy. It's been a long time coming. -

If Thai society, among others, could get it into its skull that life does not have to be maintained at all costs, despite the pain and misery that can result, there would be no problem of irresponsibility.........there would be a "pathway". And anyway.....who is ever "irresponsible" in Thailand? You may think him so.......the Thais? -

Mystery surrounds abduction of 35 year old car salesperson in Chiang Mai
Enoon replied to webfact's topic in Chiang Mai News
Sometimes, to outsiders, the "system" can seem to be absurdly obsessed with being seen to be "compassionate" towards offenders. "Not same their country" at all. ???? -
But they used to. My great-grandparents generation lived in that sort of environment........but it all changed. Do not expect future generations in Thailand to maintain such behaviour in the light of their own unbounded cravings for materialistic self-confirmation/validation.
