Every idiot with a phone can take pictures these days
How INCREDIBLE stupid can one be to pay up to 1,000,000 THB for some (bad) pics???
Oeps, I forgot for a moment that we are in Thailand

It is one of most stupid VDO's I have ever seen
They call this dancing????? It is just someone with continuous spasms and it attracts other idiots!
-
(Thai) People do not know how to have face-to-face contact anymore
This is happening all over the world, not only in Thailand.
Thanks to FFB (Fukcing FaceBook) and other anti-social media poo

GO, nurses GO
Thai nurses are the BEST!! Friendly, dedicated, and real professional!!!
I just wish I know more of them (but I am never sick )

Nice move, as I see these a**holes every day in Krabi. Will it help??? No, not one bit! They WILL get their new exhausts anyway....
It is just another show to let the 'people' know where the Thai priorities lay. I wish from the bottom of my heart that loud exhausts pipes were the biggest problem in Thailand... Can we PLEASE get on with solving some REAL problems in Thailand?!?!?

Phuket equals Mafia equals Money
It is REALLY that simple

Do you need a work permit to run a protection racket here?
Yes, WP from the Russian Mafia (almost the same as from the Thai Labour department)

You can see my avatar, I like dogs!
BUT any dog that is walking around, outside in the public area with or without collar, has to know how to behave himself. That is the owner's responsibility. If the owner does NOT take the responsibility (he might be Thai ), and his dog misbehaves, these things can and will happen.
Som nam na!!
Come to the south (where the Thai moslims live) and you will find out that many moslims accelerate their cars when they see a dog on the street.... I know of several dogs that are purposely poisoned (and they were not on the street, but within their compounds!)
IF a free walking dog would attack me (or my dog), there is a BIG chance that the dog in question would 'disappear'. Up to your own interpretation what that means . Thanks for your attention

βTo the best of my knowledge every single bar in Patong has to pay at least 500 baht to some government official each month,β he said.
Get real - 500 baht .... never, much much more and the 'some government official' would be the neighbourhood policeman.
Exactly LinK, and I was thinking the 100k was on the low side as well.
The 100K might be right, but that would be per day, definitely not per month (big discos and gogo's)
Bars pay 10000 THB per ST room per month

he is a lucky dude, to be alive. (but i think he was trying to kill himself, so is he lucky or unlucky?!?)

You can see this every day and night. Police are walking/standing in Bangla Road, but not doing anything. So many touts on Bangla, harrasing people.... Does the police care??? Not at all, as long you pay the right amount of money!
Everything same same, not different at all! Is this news????

Probably another tsunami of 10 cm

You can carry a backpack full of condoms, but it does not help one bit if you don't use them

Its not the size of the boat, its the motion of the ocean baby. But seriously - why not just buy a sports car? That is the age old penis substitute!
Sports cars are too expensive If you are that frustrated about your penis, why not buy a gigantic dildo/vibrator?!? Just to make her happy

.... and yet another one hits the dust over a Thai BG.....
RIP for the Russian! He is not the first and he will certainly not be the last

So, what happened to the bike in question??? Did someone find 4 dead guys and an old Honda Wave, and thought:"hey, that is a nice bike! The dead guys don't need it anymore, so I will take it!" ???
No bike in the world is worth killing/dying for

I was quoted prices from BigMove; EXTREMELY expensive!!!
45,000 THB from Krabi to Phuket....
Another company quoted 20,000 THB and I have not started the negotiations yet

I will take 2 cards, but I will pay at the end of the 20 years; just conform Thai standards
Only VERY stupid people (or tourists ) will get a card; normal people do not have 2M THB for another card with no obvious advantages for the holder. BTW, it does not say anywhere in this post what you are supposed to get for 2M THB plus 20 years of 20000 THB (total cost 2.4M THB)
The only one laughing is the body that issues the cards (government? TAT? 'official' mafia?)
Good Luck with your card

Last Tuesday I did my first border run from Phuket to Ranong. I used <removed>, and was NOT happy at all!!! They promised a VIP mini-van with 9 luxury seats, but it was a normal 14 seat van, completely full. They did NOT comply to their schedule, lots of confusion with driver and company. Breakfast and lunch was nothing special, just the usual road stops. According to schedule we would be back at 1730, but it was 2030.... I understand Thailand very well, but 3 hours difference is just too much... On the way back, driver went way too fast and took too many risks, 3 near misses. As usual (in Thailand), they do not realize they are responsible for 14 lives!!!
No experience with other companies yet, but I will never use KBV again....
Prices: start from 1500 THB for the simplest trip to 1900 THB (go to casino). Of course this is Phuket, and prices are twice what they are in 'normal' Thailand. From Krabi to Satun (border run) is 800 THB and Phuket to Ranong is 1500 THB. Distance (and time) about the same, but double price, but half quality.
