  1. i played singha park a few weeks ago. its good, but not as good as some make it out to be. i would rate narai hill, summit windmill and laem chabang as better, just to take a few examples. singha is extremely flat, and only made interesting by a million bunkers. however, their facilities (clubhouse, driving range etc) are some of the most immaculate and beautiful i have ever seen.

  2. We went to the old course on the evening we arrived just to have a look. it was lovely, but fully booked for the next day, a saturday. so, we went to laem chabang instead. Great course, very difficult and quite long! Then we played Summit windmill two weeks later, and that was equally as good with great nature around too!

Thanks for the interest and please report on your own experiences too, its a great way to learn where to play the best golf!

  3. We have an expat golf society at battle horse golf course in Phetchabun. we play a competition every friday and every last friday of the month we have texas scramble. we do get handicaps from those fridays, even though they are as unofficial as they can be :). We also have a facebook page. if you want to play sometime, go to our fb page or send me a pm. we are also interested in getting to know golf societies in Nakon Sawan, Phitsanulok and other places in Mid-North Thailand for friendly competition. Our Hp's range from 6 to 24.

    Cheers, chris
