  1. Sun cream is a lot more expensive in LOS, i'd bring lots of decent razors the 5 blade gillette ones cant be bought in LOS and electric toothbrush heads, and all designer clothes are way overpriced in LOS.

And yes the plain t shirts from M and S are ideal 2 for 8 quid at the moment, i usually get about 10 at a time.

  2. Good to see we were the better team in what was according to the bookies our hardest game of the season .... Andy Carroll looks as if he be a decent player in this league if he's a decent forward to play with and Krul made some blinding saves!

Ryan Taylor, Collicini and Ameobi are worse then dreadful though, theyre all going to need replacing if Newcastle want to go up .... Ameobi's main input in the game was knocking out his own keeper.

  3. I was just on the Independents site one of the bastions of left wing liberalism and pretty much all the comments are the same, thank <deleted> i refuse to pay tax in England anymore to fund this kind of travesty.

P.S. 3 more boys died in Afghanistan today, i'm wondering if they were fighting the poppy production where this girls heroine would have more then likely come from ..... poor souls should have stayed here in blighty and signed on.

  4. She'll probably be out in 7 years.

That's the deal in Britain. Leaving aside the perceived leniency of such an outcome why would folk here wish the girl to suffer the agony of a Lao prison?

She'll be out before then, she's already walking around like a free women without handcuffs.

It should be the same rules for everyone she has had preferential treatment like i have never seen before purely because she is a female, and possibly because a black persons charity has been pushing for the Liebour government for it .... this PC govt wouldnt wish to refuse anything to the minorities though would it.

And no it isnt a race issue, itd be the same if they released the white male father of this child thats in there after a couple of months, just as there would be outrage by Aussies if the guy who was sentenced yesterday had the Aussie govt. bending over backwards to get him released im sure you'd agree ... he has a kid aswell!

Thing is ive taken more then my fair share of drugs in my time and crack and heroine are in a different league to others, im for legalising some drugs but i wouldnt want my kids having access to either of these 2, they KILL!

  5. Here she is arriving back at Heathrow looking like she's dressed for a family day out.

    Orobator_598569a.jpg

There is a video of her on Skynews wandering about as she got off the plane not in handcuffs ..... not bad for a Cat A prisoner.

She should have had her UK passport removed from her and sent back to Nigeria along with the rest of her nationals who commit crimes here.

  6. The PC do-gooders in the world have a f*ckin' lot to answer for!

Techno for once im agreeing with you.

Thing is if she done 7 years you could accept her going home to a UK prison to stay for the rest of her life and im sure many British voters would accept she's been punished, but the government have gone out there and retrospectively implemented a law especially to free her purely on the basis she is a women after she has been in jail for a few months.

In all my life ive never heard the British govt. interfering in another countries legal system to benefit a criminal caught redhanded with such an addictive drug, you can be sure man hater Harriet Harmen is behind this somewhere.

To anyone who wishes to vote nu-Liebour until the day they die, please hurry up and do so. :)

  7. Just wait til the flu season starts in the UK. In Aus the flu season is in full swing, hospitals are full and its running riot. Boy am I glad I am in Thailand.

The hospitals always have many people with flu in during the flu season and hospitals are always full at any time of year ........ but now theyre probably full of nutcases coming in with snail trails on their sleaves wanting the Vicar/Priest to read them their last rights thinking they've got the most well marketed virus since the other years Bird Flu.

  8. I know that's not him. In a matter of fact, I haven't seen any farangs here even come close to "THAT" around "a real thailand".

A specimen like that just don't normally drop from the sky over Thailand looking for "a pretty woman", if you get my drift.

You trying to say ALL of us farang arent really hansum or something??????????

  9. Police initially assumed that Mr. Traff suffered from heart disease and died suddenly. However the body would be sent to the forensic institution to identify the cause of death. The Swedish embassy would be informed accordingly.

It says she called the rescue team when his condition started to deteriorate, yet when they got there he had been dead for 30 minutes .... they must have walked!

Why would they think he suffered from heart disease was there medication in the apartment???

If the coroner says this wasnt the cause of death will the tart be brought in ...... i doubt it!

  10. Spurs sign Bassong - Frenchman showing their true colours in the trenches.

And by the looks of it Beye is off to Hull City of all places.

Why not sell some of the crap like Butt Nolan Collicini Ameobi etc etc etc etc... before these 2 who were by far the best players last season. :)

Ashley youre a fat useless vindictive <deleted>.

  11. It also shows Obama as a flexible thinker willing to work outside the box,

Is there anything this 3rd coming hasnt got the credit for off the Che Guevara t-shirt wearing breed?

It is also a move Bush couldn't have tried, even if he could get past his loathing of Clinton.

Im not a septic but i seem to remember Clinton having a similar role under Bush jr .... pretty much all ex-Presidents have taken up such globe trotting/ negotiating roles .... except for Bush jr.

  12. I have a personal beef with Canada's flag for no other reason than the idiots who made the final decision. It SHOULD have been blue borders instead of the red ones that we presently have.

I cant believe it got onto the 2nd page without naming Canadians as the greatest flag wearers of all time, every last one of them has a maple leaf either attached to their luggage, on a key ring, tattooed on themselves, on a wallet, bumper stickers, shaved in the back of their head etc etc ......... but i hope they keep it up as it notifies the rest of us to avoid being bored sh7tless by one of the politically correct, sterile bunch.

Good thing about Thais is theyre quite happy to walk around with the Union Jack on their clothing, shows they have impeccable taste in other nations flags.

  13. What a <deleted>.

Alan Shearer has played a blinder at Newcastle this summer

    By Darren Lewis 5/08/2009

It’s been superb summer all round for Alan Shearer.

Not for one second would I suggest that he has revelled - or even enjoyed the plight of his beloved Newcastle as they lurch from crisis to crisis.

But with Mike Ashley's refusal to hand the former Toon striker the manager's job full-time Shearer's legendary status with the fans remains intact, despite the fact that he took them down.

In fact, he has played a blinder. Showing willing, possibly even knowing that Ashley had no intention of keeping him on yet making it abundantly clear to the Newcastle fans through his contacts in the media that he is available.

And now, when he takes his seat on the BBC sofa for Match of the Day's live coverage of the Football League - ironically their first game is West Brom against Newcastle United - nobody can say that he wasn't willing to put his money where his mouth is.

  14. Are there any real Blyth Spartans supporters around Thai Visa ?

    That would true dedication.......... :)

Ive been to a few Blyth games in my time, my uncle was a regular there.

With or without your thermal underwear in January ?... :D

Its T Shirt weather in January you shandy drinking vegetarian! :D

Only messing those people who dress like that need there head testing!

  15. Man U and Liverpool fans must be the most dedicated as its a fair old treck from Kent once a fortnight. :)

I didn't know it was comedy hour on the footy forum - let me get a beer and take a chair. Who's next on stage, Mike Ashley?

    Nope Joe Kinnear -

    http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/t...ted/8185431.stm

Joe Kinnear claims Newcastle owner Mike Ashley offered him a two-year deal to return as manager, which he rejected as he continues to recover from surgery.

Kinnear, 62, has been sidelined since a triple heart bypass operation in February and in his absence Newcastle were relegated from the Premier League.

  16. Name the three players who have scored a hat-trick for three premiership teams?

Kevin Campbell, Yakubu Aiyegbeni, Ferdinand and Sheringham

But that's four, so I don't no whether that incurs bonus points or disqualification ?

You get all the bonus points.

I never knew Yakubu scored a hat-trick for 3 teams.

  17. madrid can fuc_k off if they think they're getting him on the cheap though. £32m at least, but i do expect us to sell him for less than that. we always do. sorry to see xabi go but the transfer request is the final straw really, no going back after that.

According to that fairly informative Spanish journalist that appears on Skysports news Benitez is doing the negotiation and according to him he is trying to squeeze them for everything as its Benitez's first deal that he has completely negotiated alone.

But wasnt he going to be sold for 15 million last year to Juve, when Liverpuddle wouldnt pay the same amount for Barry????
