I got a dedicated IP address and my bank froze my account when I used it. Go figure. I'll be cancelled that before renewal. I went around and around with the provider. They wouldn't exchange the Dedicated IP for a new one. That's how you lose business.

I was recently blocked from joining a music forum because my IP address was flagged as malicious by StopForumSpam. I got it cleared up with the forum administrators, but then I've started seriously looking at my VPN provider IP address reputation using AbuseIPDB - and I'm just floored. I've connected to a bunch of different regions offered by my VPN provider and they all have been flagged a "abusive" with many flagged from "Brute Force", DDOS, and port scanning. That isn't good. If you have a VPN service, try checking your IP addresses from your VPN provider against the AbuseIPDB database (https://www.abuseipdb.com). I'm trying to find a provider with high reputation and the least number of abuse reports. That's very difficult to find via an online search. If you VPN provide provides clean IP, let me know who you are using. I'm going to want to change my VPN provider before my subscription expires. This sucks.
