    I cannot relate to your calculations at all having had my pension for 10 years there has been little cost rise in living where i live, if anything is all of muchness as it was years ago. Only notice in big towns where there is higher prices. The main thing is to take of your health not worry about money. Hence a retirement plan.

    In England when management companies took over the building industry that's when it turned turtle and was totally mess up with kids coming from University who knew nowt about how a building site works. The building when down hill ever since the small building firms from years ago were bought out. I witnessed the demise personally during 34 years in the industry.

    Yeah but they are young, and they can get use to it same as men. I use to drink ten pints of bitter in uk dinner time and then go back the building site and load the roof out for the next day carrying roof sheets and plasterboard up a 35 foot wooden ladder which we called an Oaktree. Dunno what karaoke girl could do that.

    It was done by me being here most of the time of build. While i was away my wife sent me pictures if she was unhappy. Change it and do it better never came up much to be far as they knew my work was in the building industry which my wife continuely reminded them of.
