  1. It will be OK its the waste ground outlet which is important and sealed fit. Make sure the waste outlet ground pipe is clear and waste water runs away without backing up, otherwise you will have the same leak as before.

  5. An APS dealer will give you a good deal cash or 2 year on the knock. I took a 2 year deal on a CRF250L to save parting with the full amount, insurance was included in the 2 years, a discount good quality helmet deal price, free labour service.

  13. From a personal view the 300 wasn't about when i bought a CRF250 but i chose the the 'L' over the Rally because the rally had a lot more bodywork and looked a bit of a <deleted> bike to me. If you want off road the obvious choice is the CRF over a CBR. As to rear suspension you can adjust the preload to the full preload position manually. They new CRF's have been messed about apparently on reduction of height i heard they were a tall bike so if you are tall you can get the height back to what they were. They are idea knock about bikes and capable of long road journeys as well if you don't mind slow speed.
  14. Haven't noticed any 50 baht deduction when did that start. The last i heard was 300 instead of 200 for annual fee for ATM card use.
  15. Definitely those were the days. All the pubs i use to in UK except one has gone. Many of the restaurants that were in our Thai village are gone too.
  16. Before committing to buying the bus for conversion go to the DLT and ask what you have to do, maybe it's possible. I have seen many large camper vans driven by falangies in Sukhothai but have foriengner county plates. If they are allowed to drive in Thailand don't see why someone living here can't do it.

  21. When i sold my Versys 650 the buyers DLT wanted my proof of address, so i sent a copy of my yellow book and that was excepted and the buyer concluded business with them.
