When I was single I rented out 2 rooms in my 3 bedroom flat to 2 girls £5 per week. I let them have the run of the place. I had an electric oven only a year old and they decided to cook Sunday roasts and to there amusement found the oven sparkling clean because it had never been used, there was even wrapping on stuff inside. I only ever used the grill or one of the rings. ????
