I posted this and no response ???? . My Mrs is nagging me to write a letter maybe she means Will so she doesn't have any trouble in getting money I leave. I would appreciate your help as you seem to know the Thailand way of things. Info as follows seems not that complicated for my wife but I would like to know what to write. The situation is I have never bothered about a Will as I have no assets in UK other than a UK bank account and every vehicle in Thailand I always have in my wife's name. So the only thing that is technically mine in Thailand is the visa extension money because it's in a Thai bank account in my name only which is required by immigration. We have a joint ATM Thai bank account as well in which my UK pension is paid into. As for my online UK bank account to save my wife aggro I have given access to my one of my UK sons to take out what money there is on my demise and give to his step Ma. My questions on my demise. 1. Vehicles no problem my wife can sell. 2. The visa extension money in my name account again to save wife aggro I have changed to a ATM card account so my wife can use the ATM card to get the money out. 3. As No. 2 states could my wife get into trouble if she did that, do I need to write a letter giving permission. 4. Has the Thai govt have some right to some of that extension money. 5. With the joint ATM account she take what money is left because no more money be paid in once DWP know I have peg it. 5. Will just writing a letter to say and have it witnessed that I give all money and processions to my wife and permission to take all of what's mine enough. Thanks for any help. Regards K.

I check pollution in my area of Sukhothai everyday. Over the years it's just got worse. This year is partially bad as not so much rain as last year so far. Haven't seen Sukhothai mountain from my house for months or much of the forest hills. Seening the stars in the night sky went years ago.

The word friend is banded about to losely IMHO I use acquaintance. I guess I'm lucky to say the best friend I've ever had was my Dad. My Thai wife is obviously more than friend. Sons and daughters I take for granted they come and see me. Guys and girls, ladies I know here are really only acquaintances. I have a good buddy who's here 6 months of the year and we go riding our motorbikes to all corners of Thailand We been doing that for some 11 years so Yeah I guess I could call him a friend. ????

Most of my life was in the construction industry and yes drinking for most was a way of life and as you say they are not all like that. In UK to bring class into bad behavior I don't agree they can come from any class me having spend a lot of time in pubs and witnessed on many occasions throughout my work life.

Don't understand what your on about, sounds like a contradictory post. It's all quite simple really mostly the term a proper motorbike is a big bike not a Wave or a Scooter. In Thailand not same obviously. If it bothers you are a biker if you have a Triumph speed triple plus any other 2 wheels you have. UK Bikers have always taken the water out of each other, some take too seriously. It's all a bit of fun. ????

I would like to think a stern talking of what you will do will avoid that. ????

Sounds to me you didn't really know him that well. I'm English and thankfully I don't have family or friends that visit me in Thailand like that.
