    Shopping at Costco has been very good for me. The prices are quite low for just about everything. They also sell a lot more than just food.

    The 15-year-olds need to be locked up until they turn 18. Ton, the 18-year-old, should get a much harsher penalty.

    You can use a property management company to handle all of that if you don't want to deal with it. They charge a fee but takes a lot of the headache out of it. You could also invest the money, like a CD or something similar in your home country, and use the interest accumulated from that to finance your stay in Thailand. Lots of options!

    You just have to act crazier than them. Come out dressed in all black, with white cream all over your face acting like a Thai ghost. That might scare them off. The opera music someone suggested might be a nice touch too if played quite loudly.

    First off, don't buy a condo in Thailand. Makes it a lot easier to move once some noisy neighbors move in near you. You would be better off investing the money you would spend on buying a condo in your home country where you get a fairly good return. Then use that money to pay your rent or at least cover a significant portion of the rent. Maybe then you will have more than 20K baht a month to live on.

    When I read the headline, I initially thought it was a group of Hash House Harriers on the flight. It appears that is not the case.

    No, I never flaunt even the slightest appearance of wealth in Thailand or in my home country. It can just invite unwanted attention.
