  1. The only thing that is missing is the sea, there is a seasonal beach though, should be available very soon now!

Don't hold your breath 'that's the thing you lot call wheezing' on the beach bit that is, as they are letting the water out in Tak big time. That's to try and help you lot out when it N/S flood's this year as sure as egg's are egg's it will do.

I read several time's exeter's post. All I can say is it's very sad but I think he's lost the plot, He's not the Farang peep's that was on the front page of the BKK Post yesterday that was sitting on a curb clad in a strait jacket dribbling & muttering to himself by any chance.

N/S Utopia, I happen to know of a good Doctor in BKK that might be able to help out but I think exeter is past the point of no return. Oxygen might help out give it a try Dave, it's either that or in a few month's N/S could be down to only one Farang.

Thank's for the laugh anyway going to put your post in the K.P.P news under the heading N/S peep's crack's up big time.

Where were you thinking of putting the advert about N/S next to the one that's already there that show's the air quality that by the way always read's - something. Please correct me I'm wrong but not to long ago according to Thai spring News was -7 the worst air pollution there is. Even Bang Na BKK the worst place for same in BKK has never had it that bad.

We the Upper Crust's are all having a rethink on the food parcel's we normally send there every year, seem that they are not helping one jot, Oxygen tank's now there a though.

    H/M. K.P.P.

    Heritage City.

    wow

  2. and another time a coward driver flee the scene ..... is it local practice to refuse to face your responsibilities?

You have been here 20 years and you need to ask that? Ive been here only a few years and knew the answer long ago.

A few months ago my gf's cousin and two children were killed by a drunk driver who wrecked his car so badly that his friends picked him in their own car to flee the scene as he left at least two of the victims to die in the road who probably wouldve survived if they had received any medical treatment. My gf was devasted by the loss and furious at the guy for being so irresponsible.

A few days ago we are driving through the countryside and we come upon what looks like the result of a hit and run so I slow down to investigiate and help if needed. Straight away I was yelled at not to stop and help as if it was an accident I would be the one to blame for everything.

Fortunately when we drove past turns out it was just some rubbish that had been scattered across the road next to skid marks from a past accident.

    So there is your answer.

if your partner told you to drive on, then that should be your cue to move on. this heartless person will walk away from you some day when you are hurt or injured. probably from their hand. angry.png

Wow some prediction, maybe just maybe the gf knew what she was talking about as the only thing that counts here is money and farangs equate to money , sad but true.

  3. So silly and what a waste of police tiem with so much real crime still to solve. Prohibition NEVER works hasn't history shown us that. If your religion says you should not drink and it is important to you then simply do not drink but why involve others who do nto follow you faith in such rulings. Hardly freedom or logical or sensible/ Oh well I suppose TIT.

Or perhaps you could try observance out of respect. After all, it's not your country. No doubt you would be pissed off with foreigners in your own country carrying on as though your own sacred days meant nothing. Just a suggestion.

    Get a life man.

  4. I bet that this still doesn't stop any foreign father for going and get the court recognized letter stating that the foreigner is indeed the lawful father of the child. It has always been the case that fathers of children are not considered the legal parent just because their name is on the birth cert as there are no checks and the mother could have listed any name when registered. The law requires the parents be married or the father must petition the court for legal paperwork showing he is the father. Usually this will require a simple DNA test. The conditions are a bit easier if the child is over age 7. Of course this isn't the same for women and it's hardly a sexist thing but rather simple biology.

Avoice of sense ans reason at last.

Poor ole' Shane ... not have much of a run of luck are you recently?

A perfectly valid excuse why you can't give your girl the salary she requested now!

Karma works in stange and mysterious ways.

Shane, you could consider Air Asia X - they run a route from KUL to OOL (Cooloongatta) at pretty reasonable rates. From KUL there are several flights to HKT.

From brisvegas to OOL - Qld rail offers a rail-bus service.

Sorry about the loss, but when Strategic rebranded it's passenger services back in November it set off warning bells in my mind. Luckily for the miners, I believe Strategic kept the mine flights labelled as charter, not scheduled, so they may still be running.

    Cheers

Problem with air aisia is this , the fares they advertise aer a fraction of what you finish up paying , false advertising they do here is unreal.

  6. If nobody wants to sell sex, it is a crime to force anyone to do so. But when men or women do want to sell their bodies, they should have that full right without encountering punishment or discrimination. If the client behaves decently, the relationship between the sex buyer and the sex seller must be considered a purely private transaction.

You are right Nicky..... But , that does not change the fact that prostitution is "illegal" in Thailand. Why should it be ok to flaunt one law and not another... surely its also up to an individual if he/she wants to take drugs...

Coulkd you please tell of any single law in Thailand that is upheld ?????

  7. "the colourful politician said he would go to the US Embassy today to provide information on human trafficking."

Why go to the U.S Embassy what has it got to do with the U.S, They aren't the worlds police or have authority in Thailand.

The guys intentions are probably good but I get the feeling that he may have signed his own death warrant. I lot of powerful and currupt people in Thailand will not like what he plans to do.

The streets do need to be cleaned up a lot with prostitution in your face 24/7 and the image doesn't really fit that of a family holiday destination.

He signed it a while ago exposing the casinos depriving the BIB of income

  8. What a load of utter crap!

The kids can engage in sexual activity at any time of the day, and not just after 10pm!!!

Another load of rubbish, Nana area Bkk will be swamped with kids selling roses, gangs bring the kids by thr truck load. How about getting rid of all the African crack dealers at the same time who ply Nana have even seen them dealing in front of Robinsons Soi 19 area

  9. "Arrested beggars and homeless people who are 18 to 60 years of age will be sent to a shelter in Sichol, Nakhon Si Thammarat to receive training to find another occupation so they don't return to begging. Those under 18 years of age will be returned to their parents with serious reprimands. If they are orphaned, they'll be sent to an orphanage.

Those who are above 60 will be sent to the elderly home while foreign nationals will be taken into custody by the immigration police to be prosecuted and deported. If the homeless or the beggar is mentally-ill or has a contagious disease, the public health office will step in."

....and everyone will live happily ever after, just like the soi dogs in soi dog heaven.

You are so correct I have never read such a pile of rubbish, oh sorry I forgot all about the crackdowns in Bangkok, what they should do is crack down on crackdowns.
