I will definitely remind you of past ignorance, esp. after some laughable pretension. Previously you've forgotten, on the forum, what meds you take. Yep, good memory, probably comes from health & fitness. Obviously, that your googling has revealed that BIOS isn't loaded from disk. You may have googled as soon as I posted, in fact. :)
-
I'm not digging thru posts to find it for you. Anyway, since then you've googled (google ergo sum) so won't be claiming that again.
-
Forgot, heh heh. So convenient.

And thought that on bootup the BIOS "file" is loaded from disk. Don't really understand most basic concepts. Able to Google as needed, however. Which of course can be useful for those who can't.

US Orthodontist Says She Was Electrocuted In "Freak Accident" In Thailand
BigStar replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Is that what you'd say if you're electrocuted after plugging in a faulty appliance? Keep in mind this lady is a lot smarter than you are and speaks more precisely, and not in your dialect. Why couldn't it mean something like what happened to one of our own dear lads? Briton on lads' holiday to Thailand dies in freak accident after stepping on live power cable concealed by puddle Which meaning of "downed power line" is more likely to you? -
US Orthodontist Says She Was Electrocuted In "Freak Accident" In Thailand

The statement is that it was owing to a downed power line. Now, it may not be freaky for Thais and yourself to dodge downed power lines or be electrocuted. We hear about such accidents rather too often. But for your average tourist, unaccustomed to Thailand, never having encountered one in the USA (I never did), it might well seem freaky. Note that it IS definitely, absolutely, canonically freaky IF it happens to one of our dear lads, always absolved of any blame: Briton on lads' holiday to Thailand dies in freak accident after stepping on live power cable concealed by puddle But we want to deny the term to this American lady and try to claim it was her own fault, with no evidence suggesting so. Now why is that? As an aside, ironically, any announcement of burying cables is greeted by a loud chorus of sneers from our Experts. -
US Orthodontist Says She Was Electrocuted In "Freak Accident" In Thailand

Probably having a brain, when it's not undergoing electroshock, accounts for the crucial difference. And so you'll notice as well, in contrast to posters here, the total lack of whinging and ranting against The Authorities, Thailand in general killing people, lax safety precautions, dangerous hanging wires, indifferent medical care, and smugness that it would never happen in the paradise of the UK. Rather, she seems focused on her personal resolve to overcome her injury. WOT??? -
Plus you got that horse poop to walk around. Large amount of trash has been known to blow ashore.

So, you have a "suspicion," and I disagree with that suspicion, based on reading and posting in the forum for many years. Wth your meager 259 posts, you seem, understandably, rather naive about the membership. Still, I said "seemingly." Much of the cynical advice here does seem to arise just as I suggested. My own long-term gf is educated (two degrees), middle class, former office manager, now owner of her own company. I've never paid her any "salary" at all--a fact that created much incredulity here in another recent thread. There she was accused of "playing the long game" scheming to get my assets eventually. Laughable. So I suggested the OP give the lady in question benefit of doubt. Meanwhile, we've already one suggestion of what the going rate for her would like be per f**k. Note I also defended her against the implication of her freelancing owing to her membership in Tinder. True, and so I pointed out to the OP that Thais are individuals. I've agreed elsewhere that relationships w/ bar girls etc. can be successful. Unquestionably true. I've known a few. Yawn. You protest way too much, m'lady, and are just so eager to imagine yourself in the category of the "many" I spoke of--for some reason, perhaps just out of obligatory victimism. Of course, I totally agree re: the vast majority of Thais and so suggested the OP judge his new lady as an individual, not according to the stereotypes promulgated here. My view of most posters here is however jaded, with good reason; and their views of the majority of Thai women, who are frequently described as all prostitutes, are even more jaded. Have a good day.

Those seem a bit expensive. How many shaves you get per blade? I have a classic Schick Krona I used for a time as a travel razor--on longer trips when I could pack it in checked luggage. Finally decided it's too mild for me and retired it to the cabinet.

We dunno if 84.1 is an optimal long term average weight or not. Avoiding insulin spikes might help. For example, I eat no fruits but only berries. We dunno what's in that soup you're eating. Here's The No Sugar, No Starch Diet created by Dr. Westman when with the Lifestyle Medicine Clinic at Duke University Medical Center, using Atkins principles (nobody here understands Atkins or low carb, so pay no attention to the detractors). Add carbs back in your diet, judiciously, after you've lost weight and are stable. My sympathies. Of course you do need to exercise, but much less is needed than commonly believed to be quite fit. As a start, you might read Body by Science: A Research Based Program for Strength Training, Body building, and Complete Fitness in 12 Minutes a Week. Then consider techniques like TSC (Timed Static Contractions) (Drew Baye's the man on these). I use TSC for a number of exercises; they're tough and they work. I don't have lumbar issues, so I do interval training on a recumbent exercise bike, 2x10 min per week, 3 intervals per session. And my V02 max (calculated) is in the athletic category for my age. The influencer there is the lead researcher on the subject, Martin Gibala, who has this book out: The One-Minute Workout: Science Shows a Way to Get Fit That's Smarter, Faster, Shorter. I do 2 sets per week of hyperextensions and reverse hyperextensions, bodyweight only, for targeted back strengthening. Dead hangs for back decompression. I'm not an athlete or even athletic. Re: protein, you can add in protein powder. Whey has really gone up in price, so I've changed to pea protein. Fairly cheap on Lazada.

Dr. June, best endocrinologist at Bumrungrad, made the call. Been working well for 2 decades now, go figure.

Son repeating what your pal had earlier told him is pretty funny. Turned it right around.

Total, as I had had a known risk factor from medical mismanagement in adolescence. 150 mcg/day. No noticeable side effects.

I admit I gave you too much credit. Always a mistake here.

I've taken Euthyrox for more than 20 years. Never had a problem with weight gain. Low carb diet, resistance exercise, some cardio has always kept my BMI and numbers in good order. Same age as you.
