Why use SCB at the airport instead of outlets like Yenjit or Super-rich which offer better rates and where you can do the transaction leisurely ?. 

If you have been 16 years in Thailand you should know by now rates the airport are some of the worst around.

Plus, when you're travelling you're in a hurry and hence more likely to err. The airport exchange cashiers know that, and appear to exploit this.

You could catch a late night minivam to Bangkok, and then perhaps the train to the airport (if it operates during the time you need), or a taxi from Bangkok to the airport (around 300 baht).

A van to Bangkok is around 100-150 baht.

How good are the pizzas of "Pizza Pizza"? could you provide a link to their website?. 

Plus, the "Food Panda" website lists a 50b delivery fee.

Also, I agree the La Bocca offer is somewhat of a hassle.

Edit: I've just checked Door2Door for Pizza Pizza. Margarita is 240b, delivery 70b, service fee 24b. 

So on a 240b pizza there's an additional 94b charge. Funny.

Can members here suggest pizzerias which offer specials during 12 noon to around 5pm? not offers on combo meals, just on pizzas.

By specials I mean discounts on a single pizza, 1+1 offers, or "all you can eat" meals.

I know that  "La Bocca" in Jomtien offers  an "all you can eat" lunch time special.

Have looked yesterday at the Jap restaurants at Central, and Zen definitely seemed to be more upscale. Some (not all) seemed liked a Japanese version of a fast-food joint. Will skip them for sure.
