  1. Khaosod - "fresh news". Please show me where is International Airport at Phangan?
  2. And plants and even airdromes to launch F16! There's something missing. obviously. Nuclear-Shmuclear
  3. I had a curious look at great job of plastic doctor. Indeed it is perfect.
  4. Working at K-Pop business is very tough. Thousands prohibitions, tough daily routines and many more that makes their life a hell. The Project Manager is like god for them - to obey and follow, Imagemakers are often crazy and provocative. That basically is all about K-Pop. My point - her company signed lucrative deals, one required to appear as this at the Met Gala'2025. Probably there is some business idea behind it?
  5. Just a cute asean girl. Every student campus has plenty. Nothing special. I'm pretty sure that she is heavily over-rated. Yes, cute smile.
  6. This is an Amazing Thailand at full: traffic policeman searches a biker, the whole squad breaks in hotel room of tourist... and more we didn't yet heard about.
  7. Latest update: from https://www.matichon.co.th/region/news_5169206 Briefly: The tourists have severe symptoms of dehydration. It was reported that the fruit eaten by the group of tourists was the fruit of the tamarind family (Diospyros). 2 hospitals: 2 women stays 2 men refused treatment; another hospital: 2 men refused 1 man stays. Hm, interesting "dehydration" BTW: first report was at Thairat
  8. I see. Well, if there are five-star hotels in BKK, than Major General of Royal Thai Police involvement is justified? Interesting point to this topic. That amazed me. Btw, if we can go further with long lists I can parse all feedbacks on those 20 venues. That will be at least 30 pages for 2024-2025. But this topic is about little silly pinoy crook, isn't? Not a stardom/knowledge of Thai Hospitality Industry, We can have separate topic "Are 5 stars hotels in Bangkok really 5 stars? And what do those stars really mean?"
  9. Yes, even one 12 star hostel at Pratunam. It called "Twelve Stars Hotel" - in big letters on the front. Why argue?
  10. Major General got nothing to do than chasing cheap Pinoy crooks? btw, there are no five star hotels in Bangkok and never were
  11. Thanks @Kinnock. I just thought that referring to FB is a bit ... hm... not-so-serious. However, Anthrax is something to worry, right?
  12. Wow! Mega-Deal! $350B to be written off? Is it even possible? PS: taken from Reuters article
  13. Well, Those are good news for booming Thai tourism industry. Not!
  14. Thanks for update @Moonlover. Now its getting scary
  15. what was "signed" is not a deal, rather Memorandum Of Further Intentions. also: it was signed by some nice woman Yoolia who bares no powers, also: there's no any mentions on current (April 30, 2025) confirmed debt to USA, also: there are 3 (three) documents of the "deal", not one. and last two somehow hidden/classified? also: that "mega-deal" has to be ratified in UA parliament, which won't, Pretty good article on "The Guardian" Previously Reuters posted some general details on the deal, and UA rejected those. The whole deal is just a "lip service"
  16. Good source of information: Facebook post! Anthrax is deadly, very deadly. And going to local hospital is just a waste of time. better arrange a visit to local undertaker and take care of coming BBQ session.
  17. After certain events in the Middle East the more profitable clinic will be "foreskin restoration" but nothing bits "restoration of virginity". Seriously, I met one Israeli "doctor" who runs that one.
  18. kids play: who will enforce that law? based on what exactly? Wishy-washy? also: it is not a criminal offence, and Immigration Police has nothing to do with it. While observing public decency is a job of local policemen. And finally - are they going to bring pictures of nudee tourists to the judge? Ridiculous! That poster/banner looks like a pure fake for the purpose to extort money only. Smart move!
  19. Probably down payment for her next business venture. That's how they run it. I know few ladies doing exactly that.
  20. who paid for their "education" in US? plus allowances and accommodation? USAID ?
  21. (32.000/2)*12 >>> about $5.800 made over a year. sorry, not made. rather collected didn't pay even a satang of taxes yet run to police for help and what? felt no shame and no shame at all yanking 350K worth of damages I stumbled upon this scum. and always ended up in fight. Well, except one case - the landlord was really almost noble person. But that b*tch should see it coming. Good lesson for the rest of them.
  22. the "offer" contains some terms, that are unacceptable. It was made to fail. no surprise at all cease fire during celebration of Victory Day, which is sacred for Russian. what's wrong with it? GE, FR & UK will sabotage any peace deal/proposals. Obviously nothing will change soon
  23. We are living in quite amazing times: we can choose religion that suits us: light or heavy, different "comics" to read, even "traditions" and dietary regimen. Even more - we can set our own pan-theism (the Ultimate Creator) which is condemn by almost all religions. The best example is our beloved locals who have their "red corner" with four-faced idol, Chinese God of War on the floor and sporadic visits to Catholic cathedral on Christian holidays. Why bet only on one, when you can bet on 3? Looks like casino, isn't? I'd say that religion is a tumor in your mind - feeds on your thoughts, altering your rational behavior and thoughts and messing up with decision making. And that is malign tumor ought to be removed. Atheist-shmateist, Agnostic-shmostick <<< those are just labels in a word salad. Honestly I'm afraid of religious people - they might be up to something unexpected and irrational. PS: unless you make religion as your source of income - that's another story.
  24. Nope, I had a checkup last week. No signs no symptoms. Please do avoid labels when they are not needed. I rather use term from Nietzsche, but some here might misunderstand and go complete banana.
  25. Good point. Lets take it further: when follower of religion A meets a follower of religion F then real FUN begins! We're here at very funny loop - first use the term Atheist then try to describe it. My point: why bother? Ancient cults should be left in ancient times and museums. I don't take them seriously - they are just non-funny and often utterly boring. Besides most foreigners didn't come to TH looking to peace of mind, rather different peace
