No blood pressure = no bruising. Blood still flows but only by pooling. There is no circulation in a corpse.

I'll still wait for the coroner's report. Was it bruising, or was it pooling because of the orientation of the body on the ground?

That is not plenty of time to put together a wrongful death case.

If what you say is correct then it seems that a formal guilty verdict would be required before that time commences. Yes, a year is plenty of time. Can't you at least let the family grieve first?

What would help the family to grieve is compensation which is why this is usually agreed as part of the court case and sentence

A civil claim for negligence can have no bearing on the criminal charge and it would not be against the individual. And I'm not going to post the same thing every time one you guys has some other opinion or whatabout.

A number of Uk and Australian media have stated that he was of British birth, but the above article states he was born in Australia.

Which is correct has little relevance, when you consider the crime he committed.

In the below article, the father is calling for the death penalty. It could be a compensation negotiating tactic, but if not, why would someone facing the death penalty pay one single baht?

Also, turns out he is a truck driver from Western Australia. Not a high paying job, unless driving trucks in the mines.

Murder is murder, regardless of the age, gender and occupation of the victim.

Acknowledging that simple fact alone should have made this tread about 6 pages shorter.

Highly improbable, but imagine if a couple of guys come forward in the next week or so, after reading this news and seeing her photo, and tell the police they recently picked her up off Beach Road and she pulled a knife back in the room, so they just gave her whatever was left in their wallet and she left.

That part is fake news, you see in the video both go straight past the security, no ID checks (unless there are 2 security desks)
