She didn't steal anything that's how... it's as simple as that. She did not remove anything from the premises which the Thai Criminal Code requires for theft to have occurred.

They make money, but it's anot a lot of money. Unless you have millions of followers you can't actually make a living on TikTok. Either way Thailand (and the world) would be better without them. As for this specific specimen - make her pay for the damages, compensation, then throw her in the immigration detention center and ship her back home after a couple of weeks.

She used "Full Cream Milk" as well, prefer the light blue top lower fat myself, tastes better in tea and coffee as well for my cereal.

If she posted it on social media it really demonstrates just how idiotic she is as she should be quite easy to track down. She needs to be charged with whatever the appropriate charges are, and perhaps a year or so in prison might help her to work on her attitude.

Either that or she's just completely unglued in which case she should be repatriated and sent to a mental institution and her native country.

No one gives a hoot she pouted milk over herself or spilt crisps everywhere. Do it in her own and do it all day long.

The post video shows her making half hearted attempts to clean up, but that milk was all over the place. Crisps everywhere. Some staff members would have to clean that up, get under the fridges.

The essence of the videos was to wreck the place - that was the chore of it.

She would not have done this in Dubai, Singapore, or even China. And that's the problem.

That's exactly the point of TikTok: to create attention to get views and likes... There is no other point to it.

It seems no one watched her start to clean up the milk with paper towels at the end of her video. She either did or intended to clean up the mess she created.

You made the highly suspect claim that "theft" in Thailand requires removal of the goods off-premises, and were subsequently shown to be wrong when others cited the actual law. Now you are moving the goalpost, trying to argue that not being charged makes it "not theft" in the eyes of the law. 😂

When I cited section 334, no one had yet posted that the lady cleaned up the mess and that there was a possibility she had paid for the goods and prearranged consent of staff to make her stupid video. If that's true, then there was no theft. But that info had not been posted in this topic when my post cited the law.

As a newbie to Thailand, I’m absolutely disgusted by many of the incidents I’ve read about on this news forum. There may be stories about locals causing problems, but the majority of the news stories are about the terrible things tourists, guests of Thailand, are doing to denigrate the country and people that have “allowed” them to visit. When I read these stories, it makes me think the Thai authorities should tighten the requirements for entry and hold travelers highly accountable for their negative actions.
