I think the government has animal welfare agencies that will look after the animals if necessary.

The good thing is that being kicked out comes with a ban.

The bad thing is that some Thai will now use the offemsive sentence: "I'll kick you out of my country" at the smallest opportunity...

I'm surprised Anutin is so personally invoved in this, as it has got poor optics for him, even though he has tightly gripped the Interior Ministry portfolio in his fist for a long time.

Really, he should have just passed the rule and then left it to faceless civil servants and immigration to carry it out and deny it, which is what would happen in most countries... kind of odd he is personally being the gatekeeper on this one and calling the shots with no accountability. Would be better to leave it to immigration higher-ups or a obscure ministry department full of jobsworths, or even a special court (with clear instructions obviously here) rather than just his personal decision and arbitary bias.

I only looking at revoking the citizenship of individuals who are suspected to have obtained their citizenship by nefarious means, they are not considering revoking all citizenship granted to foreigners.

Or naturalised citizens that have not complied with the best interests of Thailand, this is more than likely what the poster was referring to - the poster did say individuals.
