Absolutely, the cops went out of their way to help , the guy wasn't threatened by security as many have been and he still won't pay.

I read the story twice. No details on if the foreigner was disputing part of the bill believes it is inaccurate.

All kinds of schemes about paying as you go, carefully watching what they put in your glass of chits, staying away from Russkie bars where there's an unposted (and variable) minimum, don't let a "lady" sit with you and drink, and on and on...

You figure they'd have an audience if nobody ever got cheated in bars in Asia, Pattaya included? And if you do get cheated, are you supposed to bend over and willingly take in in the shorts?
