She rented cars then pawned them for cash - Cha-Am woman finally arrested

Police in Petchaburi have announced the arrest of a Cha-Am woman wanted on 16 separate warrants.

 

Natjanan "Rin" Ratbenjanon, 41, was apprehended in a shop in Lom Kao district of Petchabun.

 

She has admitted to renting 16 cars and pawning some of them to people she named only as Mr K, Mrs Bunnuch, Miss A and Mr Krit.

 

She got 80 - 120,000 baht a time and financed the premiums with other vehicles she stole.

 

Police are expanding the enquiry with several other people now on their radar.

 

Natjanan was also wanted for bouncing two checks in Nakorn Pathom, said Wisan Phanmanee of the Petchaburi police.

 

He said that total losses to renters of the vehicles amounted to 8 million baht.

The cars are covered by insurance................you're right, she should keep quiet and just do the time.
