Iran’s “Misery Index” hit a record high of 91.1% due to rampant inflation and unemployment, with the economic strain likely to get worse under the US naval blockade. 

The country’s Misery Index — which is calculated by adding the point-to-point inflation rate, 82%, with the unemployment rate, 9.1% — hit its highest level yet this year, according to a recent report from the Statistical Center of Iran. 

The Misery Index spike is notably more than double what it was last spring, with not even Tehran spared from the economic blow as the city’s own index hit 78.3%, according to provincial data.

Iran has injured sanctions for years already I'm sure they can cope with whatever more the US/Israel can throw at them,quite what they can throw I don't know .

The more interesting thing will be seeing how the 'collective west' war mongers cope with the upcoming economic depression in their own countries.

The war mongers sit in Jerusalem and Mar-A -Lago.

Iran's misery index as calculated by the NY Post and endorsed by Trump and co. Jeez.

In any case, Iranians were cheered this morning by news from the USS Lincoln aircraft carrier that, after 250 days at sea enforcing a "blockade", sailors are slashing at each other with knives, jumping overboard and generally going nuts.

Iran will keep their vise grip on Trump's wrinkly balls till he's upended by the midterms then impeached and convicted. The whole Iran affair should be past by 2027.
