BANGKOK: -- Interpol has officially added an online wanted notice for Red Bull heir Vorayuth “Boss” Yoovidhya in connection with the September 2012 incident in which he allegedly hit and killed a police officer in Thong Lor with his Ferrari and allegedly fled the scene of the crime and, later, escaped justice by leaving the country.

The notice is what Interpol calls a “red notice,” which means: “A request to locate and provisionally arrest an individual pending extradition. It is issued by the General Secretariat at the request of a member country or an international tribunal based on a valid national arrest warrant. It is not an international arrest warrant.”

The Interpol site goes on to say, “Interpol cannot compel any member country to arrest an individual who is the subject of a Red Notice. Each member country decides for itself what legal value to give a Red Notice within their borders.”

Can't see too many countries bothering their arse if they find him.

How about reward?

Charges: Reckless driving causing the death of another person, Recklesss driving causing damages to another person, Did not stop to aid the injured person and did not report to the officials, Driving under the influence of alcohol causing the death of another person. Driving more than the allowed speed limit.

Interestingly only 1 charge left after 5 years.

Every time I see this drink associated with a sporting event on a tv I change the channel. I never buy the stuff and if everyone else did likewise maybe he would not have enough money to fly off on his jet.... but hey every one wants to watch small planes fly through hoops in Rio ...!!! and don't mention F1 ...

and as for statutes of limitations - an example of the law is an ass...big time.

Replace all of that with 2 words "Cop Killer" and see how fast Interpol finds him. In certain states in America, those 2 words alone is enough to have half of the police force frothing at their mouths.

How about charging the family with aiding and abetting this fugitive - follow the money and snag them, knock a few of these hisos back a few notches and show the world Thailand isn't as corrupt as we all know it is.

Yes, it's almost certain the family know of his whereabouts.
