When enter password comes up "not connected to the internet"...is showing am connected at home, tried a few other places with Wifi says connect so am definatly connected at home. Cant go to settings, icon not highlighted...any ideas...how can factory restore or other ways. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
