Kodi has seized my android box and now can't use any movies, etc. Does anyone please know a tech who comes to my home repair?

Might be a software update, Kodi has been forced to disable things which might allow you to watch streaming content and non copyright.
Is it all movies or online streaming stuff?

You could try a factory reset and reload everything.
Or if your box is a little old buy a new one with the latest x265 codec.

There are lots of people with android/kodi knowledge in the IT forums. If you can post some details, does kodi start ok, are you watching locally stored movies or streaming, what add on etc.

Kodi has stopped everything. Cant use called all stopped.

Delete the current version and upload the latest version from Google play and then add what you need. As mentioned loads of info on the forum or the net.
