Maybe they did, but they still went to the moon. If they only knew addition to boot, that would be the epitome of ingenuity, don't you think? 

 

However, I admire your ability to generalize about the abilities of 300 million people based on a single missing letter. Does it make you feel superior than you are not one of them?

That was done in a movie studio. I saw the documentary on it. The        radiation alone would kill anyone going to the moon.
