Does any one know if this medication is available at a pharmacy with a prescription. 

Or must it be bought at a hospital.  Very expensive at hospital

You can only get this medication at a hospital. There is however an Indian made generic equivalent available, brand name Apalife, will cost less. Government psych hospitals would probably be most likely place to have it.
