rooster59
English Premier League preview: what to watch this weekend photo courtesy of www.chelseafc.com On Saturday Chelsea host Manchester City in one of the biggest games of the season to date. That match is the 11:30pm kick off and the visitors chances have been hampered by injuries to left back Benjamin Mendy and in form striker Sergio Aguero. Chelsea scored an impressive away win against Atletico Madrid in midweek and will come into this fixture in confident mood. Eden Hazard (pictured) has returned from injury and looks in threatening form while Alvaro Morata has immediately filled the void left by Diego Costa’s departure. Sunday brings a fixture that has traditionally been one of the most entertaining in the Premier League. While the drama has historically been at Anfield this match has the potential to be a goalfest with visitors Liverpool scoring plenty but conceding a lot too and hosts Newcastle creating lots of chances, even if the majority are wasted. There’s an early kick off on Sunday with Arsenal hosting Brighton at 6pm. The hosts are in fine form and having rested virtually the entire first team in midweek might unleash a front three of Alexandre Lacazette, Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez for the first time this season.
