The street will be mercifully  free of inane music but bars,  pubs, clubs etc will continue as normal as long as the music does not leak out.  Same as it was last october.

I wasn't here last October, but was during the late Kings sisters funeral. Quiet, could hold a conversation without shouting. Bliss.
