Could work in Los as they do not seem to care if an helmet is safe or not but I would never wear anything like this, I believe this is just a box ticking exercise to stop getting a fine and pretend you are actually wearing an helmet....

Like it. My cup of tea regarding legal m/c helmets - minimal, absolutely minimal.

I've been using a similar Canadian one for the last 20 years, wear it all the time apart from extreme cold weather - then I need a "normal" open face to keep my ears warm...

DOT is the yank standard and is slightly better than nothing I guess....

No one has commented on the core improvement - getting rid of the styrofoam. Only looking at the style.

I have used one of these for years - brought one to LOS for riding the HD and PCX ...
