is it easier to do extension of stay based on retirement second time around first time I used agent trying save some money this Time

No. It's effectively a new application each year.

 

There's no need to use an agent as it's a very simple application/process.

It is the same basic requirements to apply for the 2nd extension. The only difference is if using the money in bank option it must be in the bank for 3 months instead of 60 days.
