jackdd Posted October 16, 2017 Share Posted October 16, 2017 The Thai government doesn't manage to empty the trash bins at the street, or even setting some up in the first place, how do you expect this to work? I also think that the Seabins shown in the video there are much too small, in Pattaya you would probably have to empty them every 15 minutes.
