Intermittent access to Yahoo Mail with Office Outlook?

Hi,

 

I use Outlook from MS Office 2016 for archiving all my Mail and I have both Gmail and Yahoo mail running into it using a Thai ISP.

 

I occasionally get Outlook message box pop ups asking for password to log into IMAP of Yahoo server and it then never logs in and pops up request for password again. Try again later without changing anything and Outlook logs in OK.

 

Can someone explain why the problem with Yahoo please? It seems to be happening since about 8 or 9 months.

This happened to me a month ago on my Android phone. I just logged into the webmail version of Yahoo and so far (knock on wood) it has been OK...
