Hypocrisy or Honesty - I Think Honesty.

The government has been belching out its usual rubbish espousing to everyone about the moral values of Thais and Thailand, especially this week.

They have been rabbiting on as they usually do "Suggesting" to the population how to behave.

This week we have had their moral pep talk about not drinking alcohol.

 

Well....don't get me started - I have been out tonight and ended up going to three separate 7/11's just to try to buy a pack of cigarettes, there is not one single pack of cigarettes to be had in all of my three local store -within a 20km radius - there is also not one can of beer or bottle of beer in their fridges other than some bloody Orange Flavoured Cheers crap which I doubt even a rat would drink if it was dying of thirst.

 

It is even worse than when they announced the tax hike of fags and booze last month.

 

PLease please, lets forget this holier than thou attitude, the locals are just like everyone else, they won't be dictated to, probably why the current muppet fear an election, he knows he would be out on his dumb ass in the blink of an eye.

 

The 7/11's may as well have the week off as there is virtually nothing left on the shelves worth buying.
