2 Questions Please

Hello to All.  I'm going to the Outreach program in Khonkaen on 8th Nov.  I need to get my income letter verification and to submit a form to swear I'm divorced and free to marry. So the 1st ?  How to pay the fees associated with those services? I heard that they no longer accept cash and only a bank draft. How do I get one and how do I know how much to pay?  I have never done this before.

 

2nd ?  I need to renew my extension of stay ( retirement )  I need to submit a medical for them to say I am free of those 4 diseases so, where do I get the form to get this done? Thanks a lot for your help Jasper

Info about the bank drafts and the fees are in this file with info about the outreach Khon Kaen Outreach Nov 8, 2017.pdf that can be found in this topic on the Isaan forum.

The fee will be 1,750 THB for each notary stamp.

If you are renewing an extension of stay you don't need to get a medical certificate. That's just for the original visa. As far as I'm aware.

Unless you are applying at a rogue immigration office the medical certificate is not required for an extension of stay applicatication.

If they want one you can use the standard one that clinics and etc can supply.

Thanks for your response Guys but, here in Mae Sot there are asking me for the MEDICAL. This will be my second time to request the extension of stay by means of Retirement. I did it the first time in Khonkaen and now I live in Mae Sot. My stay will expire in Late Jan. of 2018. Where can I get the stupid form?   Thank you, Jasper

Any doctor will give you it. Might cost 100baht. But there wont be any tests to take. Seems like a rip off. But hey ho TIT.
