can anyone advise me what I could use to water seal a cement tank. Something I could get from Thai watsadu or homepro.

First, render it with waterproof additive in the mix. Might be all you need.

Tao epoxy paint Epoguard W is blue and non toxic. If the tank is already built it's too late to build in a water stop, plastic embedded in the slab and going up the outside of the tank to be fixed there by a thickness of concrete.

I'm not sure you can use (trust) a thin construction like that without concrete...

thanks very much for the information I will go for the paint. The inside of the tank has been skimmed so the paint job is the way forward.

If you can't find the Epoguard W, Sista D150 acrylic, dries white.
