They were freely able to leave the room .

They were not forced to do anything .

I do realise that there was an aspect of them putting their careers before their dignity , had they stayed in the room because they wanted to keep/get work , even so , this situation just deserves a "500 Baht fine and a Wai" , so to speak

It doesn't sound like criminal behavior. It does sound like he was being a jerk and exploiting his fame. It also points to a weird psychology which oddly probably contributes to his unusually brilliant talent. I really don't think most men (but we're only talking about men with power/fame here specifically as otherwise the women would just always leave if allowed) get off wanking in front of women when they know they really don't want to be in the room. That's more about power than sex. Rapey without literal rape. Most men would rather wank to porn than that.

He filled Madison Square Garden for 3 or 4 nights in a row. And I believe the tickets were sold almost instantly. Until this incident I think people who follow this sort of thing would say he's the number 1 comedian in the USA. Maybe you're a Gallagher fan? Or a fan of Dane Cook?

Not for the easily offended... an incredibly ironic characterization of the man, especially when he forces women to watch him burp his worm... and by the way, he righteously labeled himself a feminist multiple times in the press while taking photos with his politician buddies like the mayor of NYC... also taking the position of a social justice warrior via the media too... now be claims he's getting help with his "illness" after treating women reprehensibly via a completely insincere apologetic message to the world... the guy is a total piece of fecal matter...  I hope he's tried & convicted and does time in a prison in the general population... he'll learn the true meaning of sexual assault there...

The man is a totally abusive individual who believed in his ability to act with impunity. His actions are one of sexual assault. You need to get a grip (although not in the same way that he did ), this is only a minor offence , is it even an offence ?

You are forcing me too look and a photo of a buxom woman in her underwear with her breasts partially exposed .

   I do not want to see such things . Imagine if that was my mum , sister or close friend .

I imagine it falls under the heading of "indecent exposure". In many US jurisdictions just getting caught taking a piss on the side of the road will get you on the list of Registered Sexual Offenders , so it is not something to be taken lightly.

You know nothing about me and your characterization of me is way off the mark. So are the conclusions you have stated based in that characterization.

 

Furthermore, the hypotheticals about the women and what could be wrong with suggest you feel they're  not victims, but instead suffer an illness, even though Louis C.K. has already admitted to the horrible and abusive acts. Not so sure about that. His talent is just too great. And he didn't deny it or blame the women who are accusing him.  And he will certainly be able to stream his material from a website.
