Like many from the Indian subcontinent, you are being treated quite harshly in your attempts to get a visa. If you now count as resident in Malaysia, perhaps Penang or Kota Bharu might issue you a Thai tourist visa without requiring bank statements. You could try contacting one of the agents in Penang to ask them about the consulate there. I am not sure of the best way to check out Kota Bharu.

@BritTim my friend you have given me billion dollars information i will be thankful to you for whole life and i have found embassy requirements and they don't require bank statement but i notice in small requirements there is this Evidence of adequate finance (20,000 Baht per person or 40,000 Baht per family) do i need to show this money in embassy or at airport of bangkok and can i use travel check thanks

A note on the Money issue, and other requirements:

  • If a Consulate wants to see money, they want a bank-statement, and generally will not accept seeing cash.  Some consulates ask to see this, and others do not.  Some want to see outgoing flights, or hotel-bookings, and others not.  Most have something up on a web-site, which may or may not bear any reality to what they actually ask for.
  • If the Immigration Officer at the entry-checkpoint wants to see money, they want cash or travelers checks only (any convertible currency is ok), and will not accept a bank-statement.  Entering with a Tourist Visa, you can be asked to show 20K worth of cash.  You should also have the exact-address where you will be staying.

Those are general requirements that are not specific for one embassy or consulate.

I don't you will be able to apply at either consulate in Malaysia. You only choice may be the embassy in Kuala Lumpur.

Unfortunately, @ubonjoe is usually correct about such matters. If applying in Penang or Kota Kharu is not possible, there is one other approach that you could try.

Go back to the embassy with proof from the bank that the money in your account was transferred from Pakistan. Ask them if they will shorten the seasoning period on that basis. It is logical that they might, because a key reason for the seasoning requirement is people taking out short term loans rather than using their own money. Do not get your hopes too high, however. The KL embassy has not been flexible in recent years.

If @ubonjoe is correct (and he usually is) it will be because of your nationality. Sometimes, applications are only allowed at the embassy, and consulates are not allowed to handle those applications.

Since Pakistan is a listed country many consulates will refer you to embassy to get your visa. At the embassy you have to prove you are a resident of Malaysia to apply.

@ubonjoe can you tell me any thai visa agent in Penang or Kota Kharu i can call them and make sure last time thank you

Penang allows agents. Do a search for Jim's Place in Penang.

As far as I know Kota Bharu does not allow agents to do the applications.

Contact info for the consulate is here. http://www.thaiembassy.org/kotabharu/th/organize/17232-ที่ตั้งแผนที่-โทรศัพท์-อีเมล์--Contact-Us.html

They will be open tomorrow.
