I bake a variety of products to sell, like bread, bread rolls, cookies, garlic bread rolls and cakes. With Christmas approaching I have been asked to make Christmas and Thanksgiving Celebration Cakes. My problem is some important ingredients are hiding! Mixed spice, Nutmeg, caraway Seeds, ground ginger etc. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Keith

All but caraway seeds and treacle are available in Makro.

Molasses (is it the same as treacle?) was available in Villa soi 33 branch. I will check this weekend for you.

Another Bakery shop is on the South Pattaya Road. When you drive on the parking area of the Friendship Supermarket you see left a new(er) building. They sale bakery stuff.
