currently I hold a Non-Imm "O" (retirement) visa which expires on 17 Jan 2018. I visited Khon Kaen Immigration yesterday to do my TM28 change of address and the Officer also did my 90 day report early and told me to come back on 4 Dec to do my new visa. I want to change the visa from an "O" retirement to an "O" marriage but I am not sure what form to use. Do I use the TM.47, TM.86 or is there another form I should user

Thanks for any help

You got it on the backfoot so to speak The term that you shall use when doing the marriage-thing is EXTENSION OF STAY BASED ON MARRIAGE and that is NOT a VISA... Furthermore you are NOT extending your VISA,,, you are extending your permission to stay, or period of stay in Thailand..

The form is, as for all extensions TM 7, and the costs is the same for all of them 1.900 baht.

Good luck
