The speculation is the suggestion that the driver, or his actions, were the cause of the accident which, regardless of there being witnesses outside the van, has not been established.  Yet still there are people here like you who are damning him.

 

When the cause has been established, officially, that would be the appropriate time to smugly feel better.

Who do you suggest they ask the Driver maybe, or perhaps his thirteen victims who were all in the van

The police speculated that maybe he fell asleep as that was the best result for the driver, but there are other options as to why he drove into the back of the truck, but drive into the back of the truck he did

I will stick with those who witnessed it thanks

I dont expect to ever hear anything about this incident again, after this thread dies a natural death

Smugly feel better, strange remark, smacks of desperation to me
